The property was very pet friendly and well fenced. Located short distance to beach and shops by car. Very clean and welcoming.

The place was neat and tidy, with everything we needed for our family stay Fences were secure for our dog to stay while we went to a family wedding

Lionel Gem was beautiful place to stay, very clean and tidy house. Perfect location as well being a 5 minute walk into town, and about a 10 minute walk to the sands of Wreck Beach, where I used to frequent as a little kid on family holidays 20+ years ago. Wish we could have stayed longer, but would love to book again for my next holiday.

The property is conveniently located close to the beach and is a good size, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped for the whole family. The secure backyard was a great bonus for our pet, and the top deck was a lovely feature for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The kitchen was tidy and neatly arranged.Unfortunately, cleanliness in certain areas of the house was not up to our expectations. The bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases and mattress protector had an unpleasant smell and appeared not to have been changed, so we had to wash all the bedding ourselves. The living room window was also very dirty and required cleaning, and the BBQ was in poor condition, taking almost an hour to clean before it could be used. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Australia Day weekend

The wifi password was the wrong one and router was out of reach. Also complementary it is 2025 and wifi is nowadays a pretty basic service... The owner/agent tried to resolved but it was not at the end.the cleanliness of the place was questionable:the dishwasher wasn't unloadedthe shower was full of sand other area of the property didn't look the cleaniest
