To make your booking easier, take a look at the frequently asked questions so you can book without waiting for me to answer. The space 1- How do I get the key? A: The key is on site. 2- Is it near the beach? What is the distance? A: 700 meters from the beach. We recommend going by car, as the best beaches are about 1.3 km away, including the SESC Bertioga beach. 3- What are the check-in and check-out times? A: Check-in at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM (regardless of your check-in time). 4- Can I arrive in the morning? Can I check in early? What time can I arrive on the day of my reservation? A: Early check-in is subject to availability and an additional charge for arrival from 8:00 AM onwards. 5- What time can I leave? Can I check out in the evening? A: Check-out must be done by 12:00 PM (no delays). Extended check-out is subject to availability and an additional charge for departures until 5:00 PM. 6- Can you check the calendar to see if I can check in earlier? A: No, because our calendar is open to more than one portal, so we may have reservations at any time. 7- Do you have chairs, umbrellas, etc.? A: We do not provide them. 8- Is it near the bus station? A: Yes, between 5 and 10 minutes by car. 9- What is the price per night? What is the total price? PGJyPg R: I can't see it, as the calculation is all done by the website, so you can consider the final price and there won't be any problem. PGJyPg 10-What is the payment method? PGJyPg R: Only by credit card. PGJyPg 11-Is the price per night or per person? PGJyPg R: Per night, the price remains the same for up to 4 people; above that, there is an additional cost that you can check by updating the number of people staying in the apartment. PGJyPg 12-What is the address? PGJyPg R: It is not permitted to give the address, but it is in Jardim Rafael, Bertioga, a neighborhood next to Sesc, which already helps with its location. 14-Do you accept pets, and is there a fee?
R: Yes, in this apartment, please check the listing details. Important: Only small pets are allowed with an additional fee of R$30.00, limit of 1 pet per apartment. PGJyPg 15-Are there shops nearby? PGJyPg R: Yes, a supermarket and a pharmacy. PGJyPg 16-Is there parking? PGJyPg R: Not on-site, but rest assured, all our guests use these spaces; the street is quiet and has security. PGJyPg 17-Are there kitchen utensils? PGJyPg R: Yes, all of them! PGJyPg 18-Are there bed linens? PGJyPg R: We don't provide them, but we have some kits for emergencies, with a small fee depending on the items you will use. PGJyPg 19-This is my first time using the app, is it safe? Does it work? PGJyPg R: Yes, here you have all the guarantees, refunds, etc. PGJyPg 20- Is it near Riviera? PGJyPg R: 12 minutes by car. PGJyPg 21- You don't charge for cleaning, but is the place clean? PGJyPg R: The place is always clean, however, if upon arrival you find something wrong, please let me know, as the previous guest will be charged R$70.00. Electronic locking system, rest assured after your reservation confirmation we will contact you to fill out the authorization and complete your registration at the reception. The door password details are sent after the registration is completed/moments before your check-in.
