Great Space

The unit is nice and spacious. We definitely could have used more linens and towels. However, I would definitely recommend.

The Necessities

Clean room, good location. For the price, I feel could have been more amenities. Don't know if I'd book again.

Don't bother to stay here

Man smoking at doorway to front rental. Our rental outback had no nighttime lighting in side walkway. Lipstick on pillow case, dirty shower curtain missing ring, dirty shower walls, one of two lights in bathroom working, facet fixture not attached to sink, one wash cloth with 2 miss matched wornout towels, screen above foam mattress bed flapped in wind, mugs stuck to cupboard surface, one spoon, 2 forks, no cooking unless microwave, one rolling desk chair at kitchen table, clock missing battery, futon looked liked it was kicked up out of trash, door looks like it was kicked in. Not safe not clean! I have pictures to prove this is a poor rental with off site owner who takes no pride in their rental units. Do not rent here!

Decent place to stay, but not as nice as the picture.

Inside the suite was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was an incident with renters before us so there was a lot of trash outside which was promptly cleaned up once the trouble was recognized. The only other thing is that I would like to see more of the amenities promised such as soap, more towels, hair dryer, etc.

Big let down

I rented this place for my daughters 18th birthday to do some shopping in Scottsdale. When I pulled up to the front of the house it had trash and clutter when I pulled up, the backyard was the same with a section exposed to the alley, tied of by a net, it made it feel very unsafe, as the entrance and space was through the back yard. The inside did not look like the pictures at all it was dark, dingy and run down, the tv was broken, cracked in two places, and Roku came on but was super glitchy, table was marked up, bed had some unknown spot/stain on it, drawers were dirty, my 16, and 17(18 next day) yr old kids didn’t want to stay, didn’t feel comfortable, we left. I have reached out and haven’t been refunded. I had to book a hotel last minute, I could ruin my daughters 18th birthday.
