It's such a panorama to look over. Just like you, I so enjoy taking in the mountains and clouds and solitude while sipping coffee on the back patio. Or better yet looking at the view with a drink in hand while in the hot tub! I'm glad you pointed out how the restaurants and shopping are relatively close by. Tubac is only 20 minutes away and Patagonia about 25 to 30 minutes. Like you said, "remote but still a convenient location." For any host, the best response is your "unforgettable experience." Dear Lillian, Thank you for such an amazing review! It was such a pleasure to have you and your husband at our home and to have had the opportunity to meet you both! As I have mentioned before, it really takes being a VRBO guest--as we have been multiple times over the years--to understand what works and what doesn't. We vowed that when we became VRBO hosts that we would take everything we l loved from our VRBO guest experiences and include that in our home. We want all our guests to not only feel at home but that they want for nothing. It's funny you mentioned about the toilet paper. One of our great pet peeves with VRBO rentals is that they never leave enough toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher wash pods (one place actually left only 2 washpods for 3 days worth of dishes). And of course, coffee is a must in our world and that's why we provide 3 different coffee makers and coffee to go with it for all our guests. We believe It's the basics that really matter in a vacation rental. We love to add the extra touches that no other place has. I'm so glad you enjoyed the heated toilet seats, especially when the Spring weather is still a bit cool at nights and in the mornings. Guests also love the on-demand fireplace and water heater. And who doesn't love a fire table out on the patio to sip wine by during the evening sunset. Again, it's everything we would want in a VRBO experience . . . Not only because of the investment in time and resources, with many travelling from states and countries far away, but because we all want to enjoy a great travel experience without headaches or problems. Dear Todd, Thank you for your review and the comment on communication. As I've mentioned before, we are not only VRBO owners but VRBO renters too. In all our years of renting through VRBO, I always felt that clear and timely communication with an owner always made for the best rental situation possible. Now being on the other side of the coin, we make sure we're continuing with this practice of communication that helps make everyone's stay even more enjoyable. I also found that the best VRBO homes always had the best stocked kitchens where you never wanted for anything. Again, we pride our home on this too. Thank you for commenting on this, Todd!
