Summary:
Kiwi's Cottage is one of three Villas D’Amico family-owned apartments just one and a half blocks from the beach near Wildwood Crest. We are part of the Turtle Getaways collection of premier vacation properties.
The Space:
Kiwi's Cottage has two bedrooms and one full bath, dining area, a full kitchen, living room, WIFI, A/C, and heat. There is an outside private porch perfect to enjoy coffee in the morning and the cool breezes of summer evenings. There is a washer/dryer in a common area for guest to use during their stay. We are ideally located: 1.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, 3 blocks from the convention center, and a block to Duffer's and Marvis's Diner. The outside area has plenty of room for outdoor fun and dining complete with a gas grill and outdoor seating. Kiwi's Cottage can be rented together with Darcy's Beach House and PG's Bungalow for a shared vacation experience with friends and family. Your reservation includes linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart and an umbrella. We have a dedicated driveway for check in and check out. Street parking is free using the provided parking permit, one permit per apartment. Kiwi's Cottage is Pet friendly; please check our house rules for details.

Guests will be provided with a unique door code prior to check-in. A parking permit will be available at check-in. In addition, the property manager, Denise, greets all our guests to acquaint them with the property.

Family friendly residential neighborhood with direct access to beach and boardwalk, one and a half blocks from the beach at Wildwood Crest.
Getting Around:
Kiwi's Cottage is in walking distance to restaurants, amusements rides on the boardwalk, and to the beach. We are a short drive to Cape May and other shore communities.
Other Things to Note:
There is a $50 per pet per stay fee. If you have more than one pet a separate invoice will be issued.
Note: The reservation fee collected at the time of booking is non-refundable.
Alert: If you have any sensitivity to pet allergens please be aware that pets are regularly present in this home.

Absolutely perfect. Accurately described, location to boardwalk/beach so close and convenient to local restaurants (walking distance)! Host was so accommodating and responsive to any questions or recommendations. Will definitely book here again!

We have stayed at Starluxe for many years but wanted to bring our dog for a weekend trip once the crowds died down. This was the perfect accommodation for our family of 4 (plus a Cavapoo). The location is exactly what we wanted, walking distance to bike rentals, beach, restaurants and boardwalk. The host was also very helpful by meeting us upon arrival to give a quick tour of the storage area where we could find beach equipment, another perk to not have to lug our own! We used the laundry which was very convenient too. Highly recommend and hope to come back and stay again.

Everything met expectations! Three adults plus a baby this was the perfect size accommodations and basically a block and a half from the start of the boardwalk. Check-in & out was easy with just text communication. We didn’t have any need to reach out to host but there’s no doubt if we needed to our needs would have been met. Would recommend to anyone to stay here and would come back again!

Cozy cottage central to all of the fun! The beach, boardwalk, and Duffer's ice cream among some. We even walked to the Bayside to see the sunset. Kiwi Cottage had strong wifi, a laundry room, and beach equipment which were were great perks! Denise was very kind and I felt very safe and comfortable here. We enjoyed it so much that we booked for next year!

Great Place in Wildwood
Excellent place to stay. Close to the beach and boardwalk, and all of the area attractions. The curators are wonderful folks! Will stay again.

Excellent stay!
Enjoyed the stay very much. The property was great for our family of four, getting to/from boardwalk and beach! Looking forward to next time!

Wonderful little cottage.
Perfect place for us to stay for my daughter’s weekend cheer competition. Great location for walking to convention center, restaurants, stores, and the beach.

Wonderful cottage!
This was a great little cottage very close to the beach. The place was clean and Denise (the property manager) was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

Week in Wildwood
It was a cute little place, would definitely recommend. The weather was perfect all week just a long trip to the water/beach!

Lovely Stay at Kiwi's Cottage
My family and I had a lovely stay at Kiwi's Cottage. Perfect location and homeowners were great! Would certainly recommend!

Weekend stay
The Kiwi Cottage was a great condo for a short weekend trip. Only a block from both beach & the boardwalk. Highly recommend it and would go again

Kiwi's Cottage was cute, clean, comfortable, and very affordable. Perfectly located near beach and boardwalk. Denise and her husband were super friendly, very quick to respond, and helpful. Highly recommend it for families, with or without pets!

Great beach house
Great clean property close to the beach. Both the owners and the property manager Denise were very helpful. We had a pleasant trip.

Great accommodations
The place was fantastic. The property manager was nice and helped out when asked. It’s so close to everything we wanted to do. I will definitely be staying again.

Great Host
Very clean, recently updated. Owner is wonderful and very accomodating. Very much enjoyed our 2 night stay. Perfect for what we needed and so close to the beach!
