As many other reviewers have said, this is an exceptional experience. Jacky, The Host is incredibly welcoming and warm and the Flying Cloud Airstream is unlike any accommodation I've been in before. Very well appointed, tucked away in the back corner of a wooded property with view of Elk Lake, super cozy!!! I look forward to returning!

I'd always wanted to see what an Air stream was like inside and this did not disappoint. Clean and ship shape. The toilet and hot water system is different in a moblle home, but Jackie explained everything clearly. Comfortable with a well stocked kitchen with everything you need including a barbque. Very private with a nice outdoor area. I would be aware of two things. We were there at Thanksgiving so coming and going in the dark at times. Pay careful attention to Jackie's instructions to find the driveway off the busy road, and take a headlamp as the driveway up to the house is dark.

We enjoyed the clamping experience as we don't usually camp. The view of rowers on the lake was beautiful to watch. The location was perfect for us getting to Victoria or Sidney to visit family.Thanks to Jacky & Mike for their prompt attention to any questions we had. We would definitely choose this place again.

Jacky was an amazing host. I immediately felt comfortable. Her warm enthusiastic greeting was much appreciated. She shared the history of the property, which was very interesting. The Airstream was comfortable, and the deck and the private yard was an added bonus. I wish that I had had more time to enjoy them. Next time!

Awesome glamping

Fun and unique camper stay

Great Host, friendly and helpful. Airstream camper a fun stay. Clean, well presented, lots of kitchenware and a nice deck with bbq and seating.

Lovely unusual accommodation

Unusual and fun vacation stay. Well equipped with everything we needed, plenty of outdoor space, and a nice covered BBQ area. Very helpful and friendly hosts as well. Recommended!

Perfect getaway

Thank you Jacky for your hospitality. The Airstream was an experience we completely enjoyed. The location is ideal for visits to Victoria, Sidney (a gem of a town) & Butchart Gardens. A great escape .

Thank you for allowing us to stay and use your beautiful airstream and property. I've never slept so soundly. We had much needed rest and the flying cloud was the perfect place to do that. I loved all your sculptures and whimsical around the gardens.

Great stay!

Everything was great and as expected! Jacky was so nice and very helpful! Would highly recommend this space for a single person or couple. Easy access to Victoria, golf courses, the ocean, and lake/park which is exactly what we needed!

Peaceful and Friendly

We stayed in Jacky & Mike’s Airstream for Thanksgiving weekend. Jacky is the most welcoming host and very helpful. I always wanted to try an Airstream and this was a great way to do it! Highly recommend this special spot.

The Best

Everything was smooth and seamless, check in, finding location and it was very clean. The hostess was amazing, she welcomed us and made us feel at home. The accommodations were more then we expected, we even had our own barbecue. We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again. We were very happy and satisfied with everything!!!

Elk Lake Airstream Trailer

Probably a nice trailer to stay in, but it is just a trailer. We would not describe it as spacious. We stayed one night and then relocated to a hotel in Victoria.

Our review speak for themselves you are obviously not the camping type and I was surprised that you actually booked one and your comment to us when you left that was that you not the camping type . Hotels are more a better fit for you. . I have lots of repeat people coming because they love airstream trailers.

Flying Cloud Airstream

We enjoyed our stay at this fun funky property. The airstream trailer was spotless. It had everything one needed . We loved the wonderfully decorated decks and a yard. It is all so wonderfully artistic and creatively decorated. Jackie ,our host, was very congenial and took very good care of us. Very fun place to stay for all ages.
