Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay in La Quinta. The place is in a beautiful little community nestled in the mountain. There were pristine pools all over the community, a restaurant and guard gate so it felt safe. We would absolutely go back again. Thank you!

Just What We Wanted

Beautiful updated home. Lots of white. Open floor plan. View of the property's “private” mountain. Can reach the hiking path right out your door. We hiked the path at least once a day. Enjoyed walking the highly secure, quiet neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped. So many outstanding restaurants nearby from casual Old Town Stuft Pizza to first class Lavender. Also, if you are a hiker like me…drive 10 minutes to the Bear Creek hiking complex. So many trails to choose from. Just perfect!

Perfect

Could not have been happier with the unit, of course it's pricey but it was a last minute booking during the desert high season and we were very pleased with location and overall condition. We love this floor plan and have rented already several other locations but this is by far the nicest one. Beds are comfortable, 2 kings and 2 doubles, bathrooms are wonderfully remodeled and supplied linens are very nice quality. Kitchen has what you need for minor cooking, but plan on bringing everything you need in way of condiments etc .. or go shopping. It's a rental and some have more basic items than others. I always bring too much so that was not an issue for us. I loved the choice between coffee maker and Keurig as I do not like the Keurig only option where everyone waits around for their turn! Although right next to a small pool it was quiet and we enjoyed the shaded patio in the afternoon. No fault of this unit but the next door unit air conditioning is right next to the main bedroom and is very noisy but this is a problem all over the complex, very few owners have upgraded to newer AC units that are less noisy. I am a light sleeper and ended up using earplugs but it did not bother anyone else. Overall I highly recommend renting this particular unit and the first class service and communication from the rental agency, we would love to go back.
