This charming unit is meticulously designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests with a maximum of 4 adults.

8 The Dunes boasts two beautifully curated bedrooms. The main bedroom offers a warm, inviting space with a Queen size bed, ceiling fan and access to the balcony to allow the natural breeze to flow through, promising a night of uninterrupted sleep. The second bedroom, guests will find two single beds and two roll out trundle beds, offering a cosy retreat after a day of adventure for children – there is even a port-a-cot stored in the wardrobe for guest convenience. The property features a bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, toilet, vanity, and an internal laundry with top loader washing machine, dryer and second toilet allowing guests to be as comfortable as possible.

Flowing from the dining area is the open plan kitchen outfitted with a dishwasher, microwave oven, stove, family size fridge/ freezer, coffee plunger, and toaster, perfect for those nights in.

The open plan lounge room is a communal space designed for memorable moments with a large Smart TV, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and ceiling fans. The complex has a shared sparkling communal pool, waiting for you to take a refreshing dip, while the tennis court invites you for a friendly match. Remember to bring your racquets and tennis balls.

Delight in the property's close proximity to the playground, Fingal Bay beach, Surf club and cafes which are just across the road, local shopping is approximately a five-minute walk away. (f) intentionally, recklessly, or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
