You sent in a ridiculous request and threatened me to reply within one hour. I called back one time only. And good job for going up above the fridge and microwave to open the cupboards that nobody ever touches. I'm sure you tried so hard to find the minor issues so that you could come to me and ask for money.

We take complete videos of the property before check in to prevent guests nit picking about things. Completly vacuumed and mopped floors, bleach washed towels and beddings, all tables wiped, all sinks and showers flushed, not a single time any guest complained about cleanliness before. I offered to provide outdoor camera footage but you couldn't provide details about when and where. I had option from Vrbo to evict your entire group immediately but still allowed you to stay for the entire reservation. Your group smoked inside, stained towels, and ruined all floor mats. We take complete videos upon finishing cleaning, and the other group of guests just checked out before you. As a matter of fact, the place is usually fully booked and is cleaned over ten times per months. Your review has nowhere to stand.

I let you checked in early and immediately you complained about wet showers that were just wiped and flushed within 30 mins. Had you checked in at the set time it would've dried already. You sent in rude mesaages acting like the place is not livable because of that. At that moment I knew what you are not the guest that hosts want, and I knew you were going to put down a bad review. I then had a fever and still replied to you within the recommended reply window, but you just expected immediate reply for non-urgent matters. I can only recommend you to rent a presidential suite, as I'm sure they will satisfy all your needs.
