The dining area and fully-equipped kitchen open to a deck showcasing stunning lake views – perfect for your morning brew, sunset cocktails, or an ‘alfresco’ dinner. Relax in this quiet, peaceful area, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.
Kick back in the cozy lounge equipped with a heat pump and TV, perfect for movie nights after a day of exploration. Please kindly note that the fireplace is not available for use.
The first bedroom boasts a double-sized bed where you can enjoy stunning views of the lake and garden, creating a serene backdrop for your stay. The adjacent room offers a queen bed, perfect for restful nights.
Down the hallway, you will find a bathroom featuring a combined shower and bath, offering a relaxing soak after your adventures. Retreat to the master bedroom with a queen bed with an ensuite, garden views, and a convenient workspace.
Enjoy the fully fenced garden and backyard, perfect for relaxation and play. Laundry facilities are conveniently tucked away inside the house.
While the garage is not available for guests, there is enough room in the gated driveway for up to three vehicles to be parked securely off the street.

To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.
A highchair and baby cot may be available on request. Please enquire before booking (Bedding for the cot is not provided).
Breakfast items are not supplied, but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strictly no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.
This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resource is required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.

There are two external security cameras. One overlooking the path towards the front door, and a second one overlooking the driveway. The cameras do not monitor private spaces.
