Very clean and modern house with everything you need in the kitchen, and plenty of linens. Great Lake views with 2 cozy patios to enjoy the sunset on!

Copper Point Excellence

Our stay at Cooper Point couldn’t have been better! From the different levels for ease of family separation to the huge dining area for togetherness. We enjoyed every aspect!

Very nice location with scenic views and clean and comfortable house!

Our experience was especially pleasant because each individual had their own room with bath. First time I had been with sister and her husband in many years so coffee on the deck in early morning was great for conversation and viewing the lake. Owner very helpful in emails before arriving and willingness to answer questions after arrival. Would rent again when an occasion occurs (eg. change of shows at Sight and Sound Theater).

A wonderful property having everything our family needed.

The view was great! Sometimes you don’t know with camera angles what it will actually be like. We were not disappointed! All of the pictures were true to what this property offers. And the kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked and ate all of our meals there. They have really paid attention to details! And the communication and responsiveness was top notch! They were very easy to work with, eager to make our stay memorable. There was some severe weather in the area during our stay, and we even got a call about that and where to go inside in the event of a threat. (Storm ended up not being that bad.) But it was a representation of how well they pay attention to every single thing! We would definitely go back!!
