Another wonderful year in Sunnyside. Kay is lovely to work with and the house is always clean. There are some items in the house that need to be updated/replaced but other than that the house fits our large family great. You can’t beat the location. We can’t wait until next year.

It was a wonderful place to stay with 18 of us. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Kay was wonderful and showed us everything that we needed to know about this place. Right on the beach great location.

Great place for large families

We absolutely loved our stay and the quiet area this home is located. Everything was wonderful and Kay was very easy to contact and got back to us right away. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Great get away

Kay the host was very friendly and anything we needed she made sure we had it. The location was perfect and the pool was nice. overall our family had a great week there.

It needs some TLC, but we had plenty of room for 14 of us, and we had a wonderful week.

Family vacation

We had a blast for the week we stayed in Ms. Kay’s house! She is so sweet and the place is exactly what we need every year! She books up quick so do not delay for a chance to stay steps from paradise.

We had a wonderful week at Mrs. Kay’s property! From the beautiful views, being just a few steps from the beach, and having plenty of room for everyone (11 adults and 2 kids) this was the perfect house for us. We had plenty of room for cooking dinners, ordering in, playing games, relaxing on the back porch, and plenty of warm water for everyone to shower after a fun day in the sun! We also enjoyed the gated pool access right beside the property. The house is in a great location- the beaches were not too crowded and our own private beach access was amazing. Plus it is just a short drive away from PCB attractions and restaurants. Mrs. Kay greeted our group at check in, texted during the week, and visited with us the night before we checked out. It is clear that she aims to provide a wonderful experience for her guests and is eager to take care of any needs during your stay. We all agreed that we would love to stay here again!

Absolutely amazing deal. Definitely needs some updates but the price you pay for the luxury location that can fit 4 families is incredible. We had the best time and can not wait to come back!!

Great Location

Location of the home is perfect for our family! Beach is not crowded and access to the pool next door is awesome. This was our 2nd stay in the upstairs.

Great stay - huge space!

This property is huge and can sleep a lot of people. Great for large families. Right on the beach. Some of the appliances/furnishings are dated, but it’s all clean and well equipped.Will stay again next year. Kay is a responsive and nice owner.

Great place with amazing views!

Really great owner. House is well taken care of, right on the nice quiet and private beach area. Pool next door is great too! Pictures don’t do it justice.

Perfect beachfront for large groups

It was super easy- could not have found anything nicer then double paradise. It was our first time to the beaches in the panhandle of Florida.
