This was our second stay and we loved it just as much as the first. The location is fantastic, and the space was perfect for our family of four. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great Canberra Experience

Excellent unit in handy location overlooking Lake. Unit was clean and roomy, close to cafes and restaurants and walking distance to some local attractions. Communication was easy and very responsive. Would stay again.

The waste room was not sign posted and I didn’t seem to have a no for the lock box. Only The code seemed to be on my information.Check out was simple once you know how. We found baby toys under the beds. The cleaners are not brilliant. There was a dirty water bottle in the fridge. No extra blanket in the main bedroom.otherwise very comfortable and well located

Great location

Property is in a great spot close to restaurants and central to everything. The apartment had a few minor issues. Dryer not working, few bathroom fittings missing (towel rack), and the fry pans not washed in cupboard.

A fantastic property. The bathrooms however are in need of minor repairs. Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard. Unfortunately a 5 star property is let down by these points
