This was a fully equipped unit in a very convenient location.Linens, towel & kitchen supplies were all great. We loved the pool, there are two pickleball courts and bocce. The people were friendly and it was a great location. Convenient to everything.Gave it a 4-star because beds could have used a mattress upgrade,

The home was clean and management was amazing to work with! Our flight was changed and within minutes they allowed us to check in early! The area was close to many area attractions. The complex had great extras-pools-hot tub-tennis-pickleball-basketball etc. pool attendant was a bit crabby but we didn’t let that didn’t affect our stay!

Spring break

The condo fit our needs. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub after the sun went down. The boys played pickleball a couple of times. The location was nice to visit nearby beaches. Stores are very close. We appreciated being able to cook dinner at the condo once in awhile and we also used the beach chairs and umbrella that were provided.

My family & I loved staying here!

Very clean! Loved the location! Plenty of room for my family of 5 so much nicer than staying in a hotel! Great price! Could use an updated shower! But other than that everything was great! They even let me check in early when I called and said we had arrived early. Loved using the amenities they had for the beach we used the beach chairs & toys for the kiddos! Nice pool the kids got in everyday

Family Vacation

The condo was accurately described and the location was great. The housing developing offered great amenities; however, they were not kid friendly. My kids are 8 and 10, love to actively swim in pools, but the pool rules did not allow any balls, jumping in, floats, drinks or foods in the pool area. There was no lifeguard which is perfectly fine, we were in the water with the kids the entire time, an employee was watching on cameras and would come kick families out if they had kids not using the steps to get into the pool. The pools were very dirty and not filtering, we were told they would be fixed when the pool guy got there later in the week, which did happen a few days later. We would stay again for the convenient location and other amenities if the kids were allowed to play in the pools, but the rules for the pool were not posted anywhere before we booked so my kids were extremely disappointed in the swimming pools. We had no issues with the condo or host! The host was very responsive and helpful.

Not great or terrible

This property was clean. The management responded timely. I do not believe the bed in the master is a queen size bed like the listing says. It felt like a full. It was not comfortable and it was also not attached to the headboard so it slid all over the floor easily. While the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware, there are no spices, condiments, oils, foil, sprays, etc. If you plan to cook, you will need to purchase all of the basics to even prep a meal. If you’re flying and can’t bring the items back with you it seems like a waste to purchase a whole bottle of olive oil, etc. There is no Keurig. There is only a very basic drip coffee maker with no coffee or fixings. The decor looked like it came from a trip to the Goodwill or a tag sale. Very dated and not cohesive but everything seemed clean.The screen door on the slider was on the ground when we arrived. There was beach equipment and a cooler that was nice to have on hand but there were no ice packs or bags to put ice in so the cooler was not useful to keep things cool unless you wanted to make additional purchases.You are only allowed one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a week.We have stayed at several units in this community. This was not a favorite. It seemed a bit overpriced for off season for what it was. Overall, it did not feel homey. It felt like an investment property thrown together as quickly and cheaply as possible with little thought to comfort and convenience.Great potential!

Hi Kristine-thanks so much for your feedback. I've asked a staff member to go by and check on the bed sizes as well as schedule for the headboard repair. I would have taken care of that while you were here if I'd known. I'm so sorry for that. They will also do a complete inventory to make sure all items are up to par and replace anything if needed. Unfortunately, for sanitary reasons, we cannot provide kitchen spices, oils, etc. anymore. We do always want you to feel at home and would have swiftly attended to anything you needed if you had reached out, but glad you enjoyed your stay.

Excelente departamento!! Ubicación perfecta con relación al IMG.No me gustó lo descuidado q tienen las instalaciones generales del condominio. Alberca sucia, el agua de los estanques muy muy muy sucia, los pasillos con basura. Muy descuidado. El departamento excelente! Súper limpio, cómodo y en buen estado!Definitivamente volvería de ser necesario. Gracias por todo

The condo was a little worn but everything was in working order and VERY clean. Blinds were falling off the patio door but it wasn't a big deal. Beds were very comfortable. Management was VERY responsive to questions. The only drawback was the pool/clubhouse attendant that was on site each evening. Rude doesn’t begin to describe her attitude. Pool was posted open until 10pm daily. At 9:45pm she shouted “pack up and get out or I will lock you in”. She also walked by me and my son, as we were drying off at 9:50pm, and said “some people ruin things for everyone”. Sorry to be blunt but this woman has no teeth and seemed to be very “strung out”. Very concerning attitude and behavior from her. She definitely needs to find a new job as this is not the best role for her. Slamming chairs, ping pong table cover, etc. The pool was a large part of why we chose this property for our stay. We were nervous at night to be yelled at!
