We enjoyed our time here, the house is comfortable and well maintained and generally well equipped, although there were no pot lids for any of the saucepans. The property is a little bit difficult to access around a windy road and it does help to reverse into the driveway. It was a good place for our weeks holiday, and we were able to keep our bikes in the garage/woodshed which was helpful.

Thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the home comfortable, well maintained, and well equipped. It's also great to know the garage/woodshed provided a convenient place to store your bikes during your holiday. We appreciate your feedback regarding the missing saucepan lids and the property's access. We'll pass the cookware feedback on to the property team for review. Thank you as well for highlighting the driveway access, as we understand the winding approach and driveway layout may require a little extra care when arriving. We're pleased the home provided a great base for your week away in Hanmer Springs and would love to welcome you back for another stay in the future. Kind regards, Bachcare Reputations & Resolutions Team

Great Location

The House was decent with a good fire and a heat pump. The two main bedrooms were spacious and featured nice beds. Location is great just 5-10 mins walk to all locat attreations. The bunk beds were squeaky and kept people awake. This wouldn't be an issue if the top bunks where not in use.Arriving at the property was confusing as the entrance is off a completely different street and no information was given about how to find the property other than the adress and that street number no longer exists? I used google maps satalite view to locate the driveway in the end.The internet connection was good & the lounge area was well appointed with a nice TV, games, & a nice collection of DVD's and musicSome information about what to do when leaving the property would also be an advantage.
