Booking Details:
• Base Rate: Includes up to 35 guests
• Additional Guests: $25 per person, per night
• Property Damage Insurance: $50 per night
• Required Fees: Base rate, sales tax, cleaning fee, property damage insurance, booking fees
• Optional Add-Ons: Pontoon boats and water bikes are available for rent as optional add-ons. The heated pool is included in the base rental rate for all reservations during the summer months (June through August). During all other months, the heated pool is available for an additional $250 per day. Additionally, a $2,500 event fee applies to weddings and other similar events.
• Lease Agreement to be signed within 24 hours of booking.
• A fully refundable security deposit is required for all reservations.

The security deposit is refundable following checkout, provided the property is left in accordance with the rental agreement and no damages, excessive cleaning, rule violations, or other applicable charges are incurred.
