A brand new apartment in the heart of Grand Forks.
Modern, New York style decor on the main downtown street. Enjoy the small town living in a big city space.
The space
Located behind the Wooden Spoon and Fresh Tracks Outdoors Club, this cozy secret hideout has a beautifully decorated one bedroom living space with a modern kitchen and living room.
Guest access
A fully private apartment with it's own entrance.
Other things to note
Guests are welcome to bring pets if approved by host as well as “Pets” needs to be checked off in the reservation for the additional cleaning fee.

The neighbour is the Gem Theatre which occasionally on weekends plays movies from 7:30pm-9:30pm. It may be louder in the apartment at these times.

This apartment is ideal for maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Grand Location

The grand is a terrific place to stay , great value….with everything close by..the host was very easy to communicate with

Some restaurants closed due to time of year, but it was ok. Room could have used some hangers. Washer and dryer super convenient.

Cool Little Spot

We stayed for a work trip so it was a short stay, but we were very impressed. Located right downtown, it is a short walk to everything. Adequately equipped with everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Communication was great. Will stay again!

Loved the place. Super area within walking distance of everything.Wooden spoon for breakfast.The Borscht Bowl for a late lunch.I made dinners in the fabulous suite.Easy access for entry as it is on the ground floor and a shower you can walk into, newly renovated. We really enjoyed our selves, taking walks around and seeing all the sites.Took the fur baby to the river by the park, and ate lunch there even.5 stars for this place.Now if I talk about Vrbo itself, I might just get too angry. Not an easy site to navigate, hard to get a refund for 1 day as we had to go home for a work problem….. owner tried, and I tried, and still no answer from them. And the ads and spam that came with making a user on the Vrbo site is enormous, and need to unsubscribe.

Just as it shows. Local resident has great talent and you will see his work everywhere.
Wooden spoon is literally right around the corner and do t forget to look up! 😀

Great apartment right in the heart of downtown. Easy check in. Good communication with the host, It has everything you need. Incredibly quiet location . I would stay again.

Centrally located with a high walking score to coffee, restaurants, shops and groceries. Very unique building, nice decor and cool art work in and outside of unit. More spacious than I thought. Bed and couch both very comfortable to sleep on. Plenty of bedding and towels. You have a 2 burner cooktop, microwave, toaster and small toaster oven. No coffee maker but 2 bodums. Plenty of dishes and cutlery. Coffee shops around the corner were great but if you drink a few cups of coffee a day that can be pricey. A pod coffee brewer might be more convenient for guests over purchasing ground coffee to use with the bodums which I can’t use at home. Only a couple minor inconveniences like one roll of TP, no control over the temperature. Have to message the host to have the temp turned up because it was chilly. 2 heaters in the unit which worked and did heat the unit up. The central air when running is loud and rumbles. It annoyed me but not my friend. Noise reduction airpods for the win. The front door is old and door handle looks like it’s going to fall apart. All part of the original old building aesthetic but a bit frail. A larger door mat inside the unit is needed. Again minor inconveniences, I’d stay here again for sure.

This open space was very inviting, comfortable and well equipped. We did not need to use all the amenities as we were visiting friends, but there was plenty of stuff if we had wanted to cook. Super convenient to get to the main street for coffee shops and stores. Parking was ample and easy to get in and out. Would very likely stay here again.
