Wonderful spot near the end of the point. House was well equipped and better than the listing! Multiple Air conditioner zones ensured everyone had a perfect temperature! The views can’t be beat - ovens out the back door and the bay out the front. Truly a magical place!

House was great. Layout is nice because there are really 4 distinct living areas for privacy amongst family and friends in a large group. We do AP every year and will be back here. Thanks!

This is our 3rd stay at this house and we love it! Such a great space for our family of 11. The kids cannot get enough of the beach and the bay. They fish, kayak, and play from sun up to sun down. Can’t wait to come back again.

We absolutely loved this house. It is extremely well appointed throughout. Location unbeatable. Owner was very helpful and very easy to contact. We will definitely rent this house again.

The communication with the host was great. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The large kitchen hen was fully equipped. AC worked perfectly.The location was great and just as pictures; Gulf and bay views. We hope to return.

While the kitchen was fully equipped, the frying pans were very old and scarred.The house was great, the A/C along with the fans keep the house at a good temp. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella was furnished as well. I do not know what more we could have asked for. I will definitely try to stay at this property in the future.

The location is perfect! It’s close to everything and anywhere you would want to go . The home has a beautiful kitchen space . The beach is steps away from the back door . The views are amazing!! The upstairs balcony is the perfect space to read a book or watch the sunsets .

Great family vacation!

It was a nice quiet beach to share with family! The beds and bathrooms in this house are impeccable! Nikki was very accessible when we had questions.
