We love St. Augustine and Coquina. This is our fifth visit and it generally was great. Two things needed attention—the chairs on the balcony were very dirty and should be replaced and the drapes in the living room were hanging down..not connected to the rod. Also, this might be user error but we never did figure out the tv’s. Some directions would have been helpful.

Great Stay at the Coquina!

This condo definitely met our expectations and also matched the pictures and reviews! Perfect location on the beach, very clean and well appointed and great for a family stay. We will definitely stay here again!

Condo was gorgeous, clean and had a fantastic view. Steps from the pool and beach. Very convenient and nice! I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful view!

Great location and amenities. Breathtaking view as soon as you walk in. Great location. Loved that the beach feels very private. Had an amazing stay and will stay again.

Perfect spot, views of both the pool and ocean from living area, balcony, and master bedroom. Property was clean and well stocked. We used the laundry room which accepts Visa payment and the machines worked well. Beds were a bit firmer than I'm used to, but that's probably more preference than anything else. The wifi signal dropped a bit but that's probably more Xfinity, not a property issue. The beach was perfect, soft sand, quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for. Great relaxing getaway. We would definitely consider this property again in the future.

First time to Crescent Beach

A very nice getaway to a great location. This older facility is extremely well maintained and updated in the common areas.

Beautiful, very modern remodel making the inside feel extremely high end. Views absolutely amazing from master suite and living room! Had everything needed for comfort…kitchen fully stocked, beach chairs so convenient and just literally steps to beach. Didn’t realize there wasn’t laundry area, but provided plenty of towels and beach towels to get through the stay. Highly recommend

Honeymoon getaway!! :)

We stayed here a week for our honeymoon and to say that this place was PERFECT! It looked exactly like the pictures, clean and the owner was super nice and easy to contact! We will DEFINITELY be back

Clean, great location

Very clean with lots of space. Property mgr was very responsive. Beautiful views, nice pool, direct access to a quiet beach. Nice amenities in the kitchen. Would def stay again!

Great location and condo

The condo was great, we loved our stay. The only problem we had was no water pressure in the kitchen sink and the downstairs bathroom had no water pressure as well.

The pictures are exactly what you get! Which was a perfect view of the ocean!

Super clean condo just steps away from the ocean. About 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. Literally a straight shot. Would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for couples and a small family

A month in paradise

The pictures are accurate but they don’t quite convey how close you are to the sounds of the ocean and it’s changing moods. The views from the living room/balcony and upstairs bedroom are stunning! The condo is nicely furnished with comfortable bed and sofas and our stay here was truly wonderful!

A vacation to remember!

The property is as beautiful as it was listed. The view is breathtaking. It’s clean and parking is so close by. Kitchen is well equipped however we didn’t get a chance to cook. All of the restaurants are great with the exception of Back 40 A1A. We would stay here again the next time we come to St. Augustine.

Peaceful getaway

This property is directly on the beach. Unit has been updated. No elevator to entrance, so you need to be able to carry your bags. Pool area is large and directly on beach. Walking on the beach is amazing. Flat soft sand for miles. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time.

The unit was wonderful. We had three small issues:. TV in upstairs bunk bed room had no signal, shower on lower floor not much pressure and remote for opening downstairs drapes did not always work. Everyone really enjoyed our stay. We are thinking of coming back again next year. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!! Sandy Davis

We had someone look at the cable signal upstairs and all looks to be in working order, aside from the fact that the TV input needed to be changed with the button on TV remote. Please reach out to us while you are in the unit if you have any issues so we can troubleshoot with you. We are currently addressing the remote drapery situation and hope to have that resolved soon. Right on the beach

As advertised, this unit looks out right over the beach. Great view and easy access. The beach was not crowded at all. The pool was not crowded either. Cleaning crew could have done a little better job vacuuming and dusting but hey it’s the beach. Upstairs bath has a slow drain. Otherwise, our kids experienced the beach for the first time in a great location with really nice facilities.
