Glad that you loved your stay in our quirky fun van. We did notice after you left that you had unplugged the grill oven in the kitchen. That may have been why you had difficulty with it but there is also another oven outside as part of the barbecue that works perfectly as well you could have used too. The hot water in the kitchen works very efficiently if used properly as per instructions. If you have allergies, spring is possibly not the best time to be in the mountains as all the wattle is coming out. Take care Jane 🙏

So glad you enjoyed our Cozy Beau Van for your stay which is our budget option but has so many great extras that people enjoy such as the wood fire, quality linens and extra doonas, spacious outdoor area with cozy bathroom, outdoor fire pit and all weather extra dining space with BBQ grill to enjoy under the stars. Its always a good idea to read the listing before booking and also the directions provided to you so you have a smooth arrival and stay. So sorry that due to the weather you were unable to use the fire pit. Next time perhaps.
