Communication was fantastic. Place is exactly as advertised. Amenities are great. Neighbourhood is close to downtown and about a 20-25 minute walk to Queen's campus. It's a nice and quiet neighbourhood. Parking is great.

Easy check-in, the appartement was super clean and well taking care of. The mattresses were very confortable. We were in a quiet neighborhood but very close to the main activities by foot and kids parks, good for small families. The parking space is great and the EV charger worked like a charm.

Great place to stay, close to everything. Exceptionally clean and provided all necessities. We stayed for a soccer tournament and the fields were no more than an 8 minute drive away.

Exactly as advertised. Great communication. Excellent proximity to walk downtown - a little further to Queen's (20-25 minutes walk). Parking is great. Neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.

Lovely quiet house, very modern, good wifi and TV services. Great location, only minutes from Princess Street (and Tommy's Diner!). I had a very comfortable stay.

We booked a couple of days in Kingston to get familiar with the city before my daughter attends Queens University. Newly renovated property, very clean, close to downtown.

Beautiful recently renovated apartment in a great location close to downtown shops, restaurants and Lake Ontario. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our two-night stay including on-site parking. Kristine was easy to deal with, quick to respond and provided recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do. Would definitely stay there again if we ever went back to the area.

Very comfortable space for 3 of us ... location was great. Perhaps the beds would be more comfortable with a pillow top added ... but otherwise, ideal!

This place was lovely and perfect for our family's stay! Super clean, stocked with lots of stuff and supplies, and ample space to spread out and sort all the things for our daughter's Queens move in. Kristine was a lovely host who went above and beyond to make helpful suggestions. She responded very quickly to the many questions that we had!!

Amazing

Our stay was perfect, not one complaint about the unit at all. The host Kristine was a pleasure to deal with, replied to my messages very quickly. The location was perfect as we were in Kingston for a wedding and we were able to walk to our son’s house. We will for sure stay again during our next visit to Kingston.

The location was good for where we needed to be. It was clean and the finishes were nice. Unfortunately the bathroom sink drain was very slow and the shower water pressure was very low. The furniture arrangement made viewing the tv difficult. The beds blocked access to the closets. The host was responsive which was nice.

What a find! Truly outstanding short-term rental. Completely modern apartment in beautiful old stone house that has been totally renovated in the past 2-3 years. Super clean, kitchen setup great for making your own meals, even supplied with staples... comfy beds, plenty of towels, quiet neighborhood within walking distance from downtown square. Highly recommended!!!

We had a terrible problem with the check in as the code wouldn't work, but I suspect it was a one off. The host did eventually sort it out. The property was fine, but it wasn't luxery.

I had a nice time in Kingston. Nice walk to get downtown. It is located in a nice quiet area. Great for walking back after having dinner!

The seating was awkward, we had two cousins come over and we had to use folding chairs.Also the long steep steps to enter were difficult to carry cooler and bags up.
