Meticulously cleaned & maintained by owners!

We put a significant amount of time into creating this space & are constantly working to improve it. Personally interacting with the space on a regular basis means we get to see first hand what’s working well and what’s not. Furthermore, cleanliness being a top priority, we are keenly aware of the small details that require attention as a result of inspecting & cleaning the space ourselves.

In addition to the space winning a "Sustainable Building Award," we take pride in using environmentally friendly, non-toxic products wherever possible. We've taken note from our own Airbnb stays, and have thoughtfully incorporated those experiences into creating a perfect space for our guests. We look forward to hosting you!

Access to the guest suite is located around the back of the house on the right. We just added a new separate sidewalk to provide guests with the privacy of their own access to the backyard.

Please note: THERE ARE TWO UNITS ON THIS PROPERTY!
The space is entirely its own entity, but does share a wall with the main house. While there is extensive soundproofing, we would like our guests to be aware that some noise is inevitable. In our experience this usually consists of occasional transfer of footsteps and possibly TV noise as it is on the other side of the wall. Both spaces are completely private with their own access, although you may encounter other guests in the driveway or front walk. We want this to be an enjoyable experience for everyone, and we will be actively involved to ensure that it is.
