Flooded with light and featuring an open-plan living area that extends to a generous balcony, it boasts two tranquil bedrooms with tropical views. Just steps from the beach and a short stroll to the vibrant Esplanade, this apartment is the ultimate coastal getaway.
This spacious 116m² townhouse-style apartment features an open-plan living area on the entry level and bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king bed and an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has twin beds and its own en suite. Enjoy a private balcony with sun loungers and views of the updated main pool and tropical gardens.
The well-appointed kitchen includes a dishwasher, and the apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Located just minutes from cafes, boutiques, and restaurants, this private property offers access to luxury resort amenities, including three pools, BBQ facilities, and Alamanda Spa.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.
This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.
Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.
Guests may be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.
Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.
Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
