The home and view were amazing! We had 9 people and it was a great amount of space! Would definitely stay again!

Nice house and close to beach. Has walk over and close access to roads to drive on and off of the beach. I had a lot of questions for owner and they were very communicative! House has lots of areas to lounge and we enjoyed the upstairs deck! Great place to view sunsets!

We took our five grandkids and the house was perfect. Plenty of space to play games, eat and spread out in the bedrooms. It was clean, exactly like it was described and communications were great.

The house was very roomy, comfortable for our large group. (Upstairs was warm upon arrival but it quickly cooled down with the host guidance on thermostat procedures). Perfect location to the beach and other places. Very accommodating and stocked with all our necessities and extras even! Host was very responsive too! Would definitely book again!

Not far to wake up to see sunrise or sunset.

Plenty of room in the kitchen for our “fluids” lol

We had a fantastic weekend at the Beachy Days Beach House. Lots of room for our party of 12 and proximity to beach was even closer than we thought. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. We will definitely be booking this home again in the near future.

We had a wonderful time! This home was pleasantly stocked with plenty of kitchen utensils detergent, and all the other necessities you can think of and the location was exactly what we needed. Just a few steps away from the beach!

We agree this is a very nice home and location, thank you for noting! That said, this is a home not an event center. It designed to be just that, a home for up to 12 guests with up to 4 vehicles to enjoy a great beach getaway. Unfortunately, your group chose not to respect those and the neighbors did not appreciate it and contacted us and the police. It was disappointing to both of us. We do thank you being otherwise a good guest to host.

The gates for kiddo safely were great… but note there is not a gate on crows nest stairs, so you need to bring one if needed! The bathroom situation is strange at best… a toilet and a full bathroom side by side off of main room and none in the bedroom hall, which is off of the kitchen. Not the cleanest and basic kitchen things like plastic cups and plates, a whisk, basic mixing spatulas or mixer are not there. The big common room is spacious with lots of seating table space and deck is great as well as under the house! The view is decent but the 1 minute walk to the beach is the star!!!! And vehicle access to drive on beach is only one street over (get a 30 year long pass at a convenience store or 15 day pass)

We're so happy the safety gates, spacious gathering areas, deck, and shady hangout space downstairs helped make your stay comfortable, and we couldn't agree more that super quick stroll to the beach tends to steal the show. This home definitely marches to the beat of its own coastal drum when it comes to layout. The unique bathroom arrangement and floor plan are a little unconventional, but many guests find that's part of the home's quirky beach-house personality and charm. We appreciate the note about the crow's nest stairs as well. Families traveling with little explorers may indeed want to bring an extra gate for that area if needed. We'll also review the kitchen inventory and cleaning feedback with our crew to see where we can improve for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope your family made plenty of sandy memories during your beach adventure!

We had a great family vacation! We were a group of 12 and we had plenty of room, beach access was so close and nice and in walking distance of restaurants! We loved it!

The property was new, which i really liked. Property was very clean and close to the beach. The property needed more hand towels in the kitchen and there were no ping pong paddles. Also the can opener in the kitchen didn't work.
