We had a great stay, myself and 9 friends. Irina was a great host and very friendly.This is the first rental property I’ve stayed at where the photos don’t do it justice. Very spacious, games room in the basement is awesome. Everything was very clean.The screened in porch is also a great place to relax. The outdoor kitchen wasn’t fully finished but looks like it’ll be amazing once it’s completed.

Overall had a great time. The amenities, rooms and bathrooms were all clean and sanitary. The Kitchen was filled with all the necessary items such as pots, pans and they provided us with a bunch of spices, coffee machines and a toaster. However, the oven and bbq were both really slow to get to optimal temperatures. The beach nearby also has shallow water. That being said the house was more than adequate and we had a great experience.

Beautiful home with very modern furniture and comfortable accommodations for ten people. Lots of space to spread out inside and outside the property. Generous parking for three vehicles. Close access to the beach—we really appreciated having beach chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon to pull them! While the sleek, modern setup feels more geared toward adult groups and couples than little ones, it worked well enough for us. One quick tip for future guests: consider turning the A/C up a bit at night, as the basement can get quite cool for sleeping and activities on chilly evenings. Lots of great memories made here, thanks for your hospitality!
