Very cozy place to stay. Has all the amenities you could need. Within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants and a large park. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for our family. Federal hill had so many fun restaurants. Parking was never an issue. It was a quick stay and would love to return soon.

Really clean, well-furnished apartment in a fun part of Providence. We stayed for Brown graduation and loved the proximity, the layout, and the comfy beds. There's some normal neighborhood noise but there are great cafes & restaurants really nearby and it's super convenient for downtown, College Hill, etc. We didn't really cook but the kitchen seemed very well stocked and everything was really well organized. I'd defintely stay again!

Lovely property. Lots of room, well decorated and peaceful. Location was ideal to walk into the Main Street of Federal Hill and to downtown Providence.

Access was easy, neighborhood was quiet, the host was polite and professional, the home was clean, cozy and equipped with the necessary amenities to make it feel homey. I was very impressed with the snow removal service….

They did not program the door to the apartment properly like they said and so me and all my guests had to share one key the whole weekend. They also did not send me the check in email ahead of time like they were supposed to.

This apartment was super close to the venue where our kids were wrestling. Quick access to anything you could need. There was a bit of noise but being that we were in the city it was to be expected. We are realistic people. We were looking for location and space most of all. The bed sizes were spacious which the kids appreciated not being stuck on twin sizes Lol . Plenty of linens and extra pillows and toiletries. The host answered questions quickly and easily, would rent from them again.

Nice place, bad street

The apartment is nice (clean, comfy beds, updated kitchen), but the building itself is not nice (run down, filthy entry, dungeon of a basement where the coin operated laundry is.) and the street is rough. We were woken up the first night by a fire alarm and the second night by a raid on the neighbor’s house and a dog barking incessantly. The cleaning crew were “stuck in traffic” so the place was not ready for 4pm check in. They offered us a late check out for the inconvenience, but we had to leave early. The communication with the property management company was good. We did walk both mornings to the lovely Seven Stars Bakery both mornings for breakfast which is a 5 minute walk.
