It enjoys an ideal location just a stone’s throw (50 m) from the gondolas that take you to Courchevel 1850 in less than 5 minutes (TK Grangettes). It also offers the advantage of being located in the heart of the resort, just a short walk from shops and restaurants (bakery, crêperie, pizzeria, mini-market, ski rental shops, and the tourist office—all within 100 meters).

The apartment faces the valley (south) with a beautiful view of the mountains across the valley (La Plagne). Featuring a large open-concept living area (kitchen, dining room, living room) of 25 m², this 47 m² apartment will ensure you have a pleasant stay. Sleeping arrangements include a BZ sofa bed (140x190) and, in a separate bedroom, two bunk beds (90x190). The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring not only the standard appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, etc.) but also a crêpe maker and a raclette machine.
The Courchevel ski area is exceptional, offering in winter a mix of legendary high-altitude runs (Le Grand Couloir, La Saulire, Les Creux) as well as more secluded runs deep in the forest (La Jean Blanc for the more adventurous, or the Folyières run, for example). Courchevel is part of the world’s largest ski area, Les 3 Vallées. The ski areas of Méribel and Val Thorens are directly accessible. Summer has plenty to offer as well, including the 1850 golf course, lakes (Rosière, Praz), hiking and mountain biking trails, and many other activities.
