The location of this place was awesome, a couple minutes walk to the beach, a couple of minutes walk to the tram/bus and about 15 minutes walk to the main centre. A few metres up the road there is also a block of shops which was handy and a place that served delicious pizza.The property was clean and nicely renovated, unfortunately the shower wasn't adjustable which was a pain and the towels stayed damp as due to the location of the towel rack. The hot water cylinder was tiny so we had to take showers at different times. The inner duvet and mattress protector were quite disgusting and need replacing (in the main room, I purposely did not look at the other one), the outer cover, sheets and pillows were all fine.In general the place was quiet but at times it could be quite noisy with people having parties and being up late; and it was difficult to tell where the noise was coming from. Also construction work seemed to start early in the morning during the week so take earplugs.The place was shaded which would probably be great in the really hot months.Overall I would recommend this as a great place to stay.
