This fully-licensed 3 BR whole home features 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry room, fully enclosed back yard. Everything on main floor - no stairs! Max occupancy is 6 adults and up to 10 people incl. children under 10. Queen bed, double bed, bunk bed. 2 fold-out sofas. 55" Smart TV, Central Air, WIFI w/ strong signal throughout the house, free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The property was exactly as described and pictured super clean and well equipped.the host was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay close to the attractions

The location was fantastic, short drive to all the main areas of interest. Space was perfect for our family of 4 and was very clean. Snow was even shoveled before we woke up on our last day!

We really enjoyed staying at this location! The house was exceptionally clean, very well stocked with everything you might need - bedding, entertainment, kitchen supplies, even a high-chair for those with kids. The host was wonderful to interact with. It was a very short walk away from Clifton hill. Loved it. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Check in was easy, all of the amenities you'd expect. The location was perfect, short 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill attractions and none of the noise!

This house was located very conveniently to everything! We walked to Clifton hills several times. I couldnt figure out how to operate the thermostat so I called the property owner and he was able to adjust it remotely for us. On day 2 of our stay we realized we forgot to bring the charger for my husband's mobility scooter so I texted Derek to see if he had one and he dropped one off on the porch a couple hours later! So thankful for that! Highly recommend staying here! Thanks for the great stay!

The house was clean and bright, and we had ample room for our family of four. The location was walkable to the Falls but outside the noise of the main tourist area. All appliances were in working order, and we had dedicated parking. The rental price was very reasonable, and the host was communicative and friendly.

An absolute gem of a place. Location is great. 15-20 min walk to the falls. Was able to walk from it to the falls w/ 3 kids from 0-4. House exterior isn't much to look at, but the insides were beautiful. Very aesthetically pleasing interior. So relaxing when we were crashing between touristy things. And it was so well furnished. Had so much more than we were expecting. Would highly recommend this property.

Home was very clean and nicely decorated. It is listed as all on 1 floor but the Queen bedroom and laundry area does have 2 steps up to reach. We were traveling with an elderly family member so we just swapped planned rooms but want to make others aware in case of mobility issues. Derek was very responsive anytime I contacted him. Location was off the beaten path and nice and quiet but quickly and easily accessible to all falls attractions. I would absolutely stay here again when I return

Nice get away

This was a great rental, and perfect for my family. It was a short walk to all the tourist action on Clifton Hill and we were able to walk to the falls in about 15 minutes. Neighborhood was safe and clean. House was comfortable and clean. We had a little trouble figuring out how to work the thermostat, but we eventually figured it out. Host was also very responsive when asked questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Location was great, convenient and close to the tourist area, but not so close that we were disturbed by noise. Appreciated the off street parking. Exterior of house could use a power wash and gave us a moment pause when we arrived, but not the casenon the inside! House was clean, nicely decorated. Loved that the host had some coffee, creamer and sugar available for use. There were a few games and books available as well. Kitchen and bathroom were clean. My husband was appreciative of having full ice trays when we arrived. Backyard patio set was nice to sit at and enjoy the nice evening. Check in was seemless, locking mechanims easy to use. Couches in living room abit uncomfortable, but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay here. The property was well stocked with everything we needed. My boys enjoyed walking to the small playground that was just a couple blocks away. My husband was able to run to the falls a couple different mornings. We had a short drive to public parking near the falls when we went down there. Our time in the Niagara region included visits to both Lake Erie and Lake Ontario beaches, lots of hiking, and a Go Train ride to Toronto. We discovered a fun and free nature center called Heartland Forest that was great for our boys. We found many things to do in the area beyond the attractions at the falls. Of course, seeing Niagara Falls up close is incredibly amazing. And this property was like our home away from home during our visit to the area.

Everything about this property was absolutely amazing. I stayed for 3 nights and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Niagara Falls. It was very close to all of the attractions on Clifton Hill (very short drive or moderate walk). Great choice for families as well; kids had their own spaces and an enclosed back yard to play. The host was friendly and responded to questions quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very spacious and clean. It has all the essentials. It is so close and convenient to main attractions. It was the perfect house for my family of 5 for our first trip to Canada.. we would absolutely stay here again!
