We are entrepreneurs from northern Virginia, who have businesses in real estate investing, home building, HVAC contracting, and short term vacation rentals. We also homeschool our children and enjoy traveling and spending lots of time outdoors.

I have been an avid fan of Anne of Green Gables and its beloved author L. M. Montgomery my entire life, and it has always been a dream of mine to own a home on Prince Edward Island. My husband and I have been in the hospitality business for nearly 15 years, so coupling this experience with the opportunity to own a historic Montgomery home on PEI is the realization of a dream that comes along once in a lifetime!

This stately home sits on 4 peaceful acres with beautiful views, directly across from the Lake of Shining Waters and the Anne of Green Gables Museum at Silver Bush and holds deep literary significance for fans of L.
