The property is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Shinjuku Station and offers excellent transportation access to major areas such as Shibuya, Ikebukuro, and Ginza. It’s also just a short bus ride from both Haneda and Narita Airports.
The compact rooms are ideal for long stays, as they feature two semi-double beds, a bathtub, a basic kitchenette, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a washing machine.
With many affordable restaurants nearby, this is a comfortable area that will enhance your stay in Tokyo.
⚠️ This is a compact studio apartment. It can accommodate up to 4 guests with a semi-double bunk bed. Please note that it might feel a bit cramped for four large adults. The private bathroom has a bathtub, but it is also compact in size. Thank you for your understanding.

Miss Jun was very communicative and friendly! The room was very clean on arrival and left us clear instructions on how to check in. Miss Jun was also able to help us with any other request during the stay! I would highly recommend the room and working with Miss Jun!

If youre looking for a minimal place to store your belongings, take a shower and sleep, then this is perfect. Its a great location and really nice and quiet. We planned our day to leave early in the morning and comeback late at night so this was perfect for us. Id recommend this.

I really appreciate the host respond in timely manner and he is very polite and nice. The room is a little bit small need more hanger and hooks for sure. Bigger pillows would be great overall I really liked this place and really recommend the host.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The price was very reasonable — probably the cheapest option I found in Tokyo for 4 people that’s still close to Shibuya. It’s about a 20-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, and the taxi ride cost us around 1,100 yen. There’s no bidet or heated toilet seat, but aside from that, everything was great and definitely worth the money!

An overpriced, very small, college dorm room

To be fair, the place is a single room with bunk beds. That part is explicit. It is clean. The owner communicates well. He provided snack packets and cold water, but this is a tiny place. It is designed for small people. I’m not a large person, but you have to squeeze into the bathroom and there is very little room for movement and none to put out your luggage. It is a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku station. Caveat emptor

Man hat alles im Raum was man braucht. Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Föhn etc. Die Lage ist sehr gut, gute Verbindungen mit der Bahn (Hatsudai Sta.) 5min mit Keio New Line bis Shinjuku Sta. Sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem schön ruhig. Check In und Check Out waren unkompliziert.
