Welcome to Entrepôt de Ville - a bold, design-led warehouse conversion that brings industrial cool and warm hospitality together in one unforgettable city escape. Right in the heart of Hobart, this two-bedroom, two-level space is anything but ordinary.
Downstairs opens with serious wow-factor: exposed beams, polished concrete floors, and *that* Porsche, proudly on display like a modern art piece. The brand-new kitchen is fully kitted out with sleek appliances - ideal for throwing together a feast from your haul at Salamanca Market or local farmgate stalls. There’s a six-seater dining table for slow breakfasts or wine-fuelled dinners, and a relaxed lounge area for winding down after a day of exploring.
Upstairs, light floods in from dramatic warehouse windows, illuminating a spacious open-plan bedroom and living space. The queen bed is set against a feature wall, with a wood-burning heater nearby to turn up the vibe. Pour a glass of Pinot, fire up a movie, and settle into the kind of comfort that makes you want to stay in.
A second bedroom with twin singles adds flexibility for couples, friends, or small families. Every detail in this space has been considered - from the curated artwork to the luxe linens - making it feel equal parts boutique stay and private retreat.

Guests have full access and private use of the entire property
The Neighborhood:
The property is the perfect base for your Hobart adventure, as it’s just minutes walk from the city centre, and central to everything in Hobart - Salamanca Place, Battery Point, the waterfront and its beautiful galleries and restaurants.
A short walk is American inspired Westside Laundry serving up cocktails and large sandwiches or walk to the newly opened Wunderbar or Scholé for coffee, delicious eats and fine wines.
A mix of residential and commercial buildings, you’ll have everything you need nearby, including public transport.
Getting Around:
Enjoy the cafes, restaurants, markets and sights of Hobart and nearby Battery Point, all 5-15 minutes walk from the home.
Metro Tasmania bus network has bus stops on nearby Liverpool, Barrack and Macquarie Streets, all walking distance from the home. Getting to the property from Hobart airport is less than 20 minutes by car. Jump on the ferry to MONA – the wharf is just 15 minutes walk from the property.
Taxis and Uber are also available, as well as Neuron and Beam Scooters to rent via apps.

Please note the Porsche in the entry lounge room will not be available for guests during your stay and is not part of the offering. It will be locked. Any damage to this car will be passed on.
