Love this place, come every year. Cottage is perfect, beach was gorgeous and weather couldn't be beat.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. Views are incredible. Despite the weather being against us, we really enjoyed our stay and our kids want to come back again! Thank you!

This cottage is more like a home. We felt like we belonged. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The beds were very comfortable. The breeze off the water kept the house cool in the heat of the day. The beach was comparable to many ocean destinations. The water was warm and clean.We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house with three generations of our family—grandparents, parents, two toddlers, and our dogs. The house was perfect for our family getaway, and we were so grateful that we could bring our dogs along.The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, and the private beach access was absolutely amazing. We loved taking long walks along the beach at sunset, and being so close to the bike trail was a huge bonus. The kids’ bedroom and selection of books were perfect for our toddlers, while the primary bedroom was picture-perfect. The bathroom with a view was another favorite!We also made great use of the beach toys and fire pit. There was even a little spot off the kitchen that was perfect for setting up the dogs’ beds, which made having them with us so easy.The home does have more of a true cottage feel, so there were quite a few bugs and cobwebs around the windows, and unfortunately, we did find some sand in one of the freshly made beds. That said, these were minor issues for us and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay.The private beach access is the real star of this property, and we would absolutely stay here again. It was a wonderful place for our family to slow down, enjoy the beach, and make memories together.

Our family had a great stay in this home. The hosts were very responsive. The home was clean. As it is a very old home, there is a musty smell, but that lessens with the open windows. This was pet friendly. Our pups loved swimming on the beach. The location is excellent. 20 minutes to either Buffalo or Niagara. Close to grocery shopping, historical sites, and hip downtown areas. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for the 6 of us!
