The property was perfect for our family trip - great layout with plenty of large bedrooms and bathrooms. It was decorated beautifully and was clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor game room, the pool and spa and the putting green, kids of all ages had a blast:)) Highly recommend!!

The house is extremely large and very nicely furnished. It has everything you need and more. There are multiple large living/community areas with comfortable furniture. The host is extremely kind and responsive. Our family had a great time and will definitely stay here again.

Property was as advertised, beautiful accommodations and locations on the Lake. We had a great stay and Brooks the property Manager/owner was awesome and very helpful and accommodating with all our needs and questions.

Had a great time going down for my friends bachelor party. Excellent house. Very modern. Easy to use amenities. Great place if you want to rent a boat. We were able to have the rental company pick us up directly at the house. I would definitely look to rent again in the future.

Me and my buddies stayed here for our Ryder Cup weekend and it was perfect. We played four days of golf and this house gave us everything we needed to relax after. The pool and hot tub were a big hit, plenty of room for everyone, and the place was clean and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup for a golf trip with friends.

Beautiful place. We had a 2 birthdays in the family and came out for a weekend. So much space and room galore!! Perfect for large gatherings! We will be back.

Definitely one of the most beautiful properties in Horseshoe Bay. It was just myself and my mother staying here but if the rest of the family came, we would never have had to leave the house. There is so much to do and the home is so well thought out that everything is at your fingertips. I would highly recommend this beautiful home for anyone traveling to the hill country.

This is truly a villa ! First class in every way! Our family loved our time together whether in the pool, boating via the private dock, outdoor balconies/patios, game room(s), exceptional kitchen and bedrooms/baths (elevator access) stunning exterior/interior, sparkling clean! Perfect house! One problem: construction on next door property was very loud. Woke family up at 8:30 one morning. Brook, our host, was the best. Five Stars to him. House perfectly furnished in every way. Was a wonderful 4 days.

The host went out of his way to ensure that we had a great time at a gorgeous home!! Grandkids especially enjoyed the putting green, pool/hottub, pig pong table, sports court, and seining for minnows in the lake!! The adults enjoyed the grands having a great time which ensured the adults had a great time as well. Watched too much football, ate too much BBQ and pies, and played lots of games. We went on a photo safari looking for deer in the hills of Horseshoe Bay!All of the "stuff" was first class nand was enjoyed by all.Beat Thanksgiving ever!!

Beautiful property and easy access to the lake. Quiet cove area with pretty views. Host was very helpful and available for any questions. Plenty of space for 12 family members. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio. Great place!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at our Lake LBJ getaway; it truly exceeded every expectation! The house is stunning, with incredible attention to detail throughout, and the experience was elevated even further by an exceptional host. He was responsive, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our family had the best stay possible. We will without a doubt be back, and we're already looking forward to it. Thank you so much!

The home was amazing….right on the water with a recently built lovely large home. Bedrooms and baths were very nice. Patios on first and second floor of the house. Air conditioning worked very well. Plenty of storage in the kitchen and bar area. A few missteps especially in the kitchen…no kitchen dish towels so we went to Dollar General and purchased six dish towels. The advertised margarita machine had not been cleaned well (homeowner did send cleaner to clean it properly). Our family are great cooks, but there was only one refrigerator for our group and we did lots of cooking. A second refrigerator would have been great. There were lots of wine fridges in bedrooms. A separate ice machine (with Sonic type ice) was not working until one of our family members cleaned it and otherwise got it working. Ice maker in the freezer worked sometimes but never made had enough ice. The water dispenser in the refrigerator only worked about half the time.There were lots of outdoor activities, but the equipment was broken, missing or otherwise not functioning. The pool had quite a bit of algae in it and it was addressed after we called about it. The home owner was good about addressing the big issues, but better monitoring of the functioning of appliances would help.
