Built in 2019 and located just 3 miles from town, this cabin offers peace and quiet along the Arkansas River. A charming porch facing the south allows for amazing views of sunsets, deer, turkeys, cattle, and horses. Full kitchen and outdoor grill make for great meals. Open floor plan with rustic decor. Clean and modern.

This one is becoming increasingly more rare every month -- a place that is just as advertised, nothing less. It was perfect for our short stay (men on a hunting trip) but would be equally perfect if our wives joined us. Well stocked kitchen with appliances, cookware and utensils and a very clean cabin. It's a perfectly functional, unique little cabin that was everything we needed and quiet.

We came out to the area to complete some work on a research project. We just wanted a nice quiet place to stay as we worked early and long hours. Their home was everything we needed and a nice cozy place to rest. We enjoyed watching the ranchers work some cattle on horseback and the serenity of being just outside of Lamar. We plan to stay again for our next work trip.

Perfect Little place for us!

We use this place anytime we head to Colorado from the East. Perfect secure location with close access to town for eating and grocery shopping. Booked already for our next trip. Highly recommend.

Great Cozy Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay. Close to town for getting supplies/going to eat, but nice and private.The AC was a godsend in the hot weather. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Such a great place!! Well stocked, easy to find. Clean, decorated so cute and comfortable. Lots of relaxing places to sit. Beds are great! Cannot say enough about this little place. Passing through for one night…would definitely come back!

This is a great cabin! Lots of space, just the right size and in just the right spot for our stop before going on to the last leg of our trip into western Colorado. Loved the Copper Cabin! Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful place!

A bit remote but a very nice facility. Kitchen was well supplied. Bedrooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. We experienced a heavy thunderstorm while there and felt quite secure in the house.

Wonderful!

This is our second stay. It is so quiet and relaxing. It's a wonderful place to catch up on some much needed sleep. The hosts are friendly and good people. I grew up in a rural area, and it takes me back to my roots. We will be staying again. No question!

Wonderful country cabin

We loved it! It is unusual in so many ways: simple yet perfectly designed, well-equipped, comfortable, peaceful, close to Lamar, temperature control great, nice patio with chairs. We even found the lighting to be bright enough…now that’s unusual! The cleanliness also stood out as above and beyond comparison. It will be our favorite in any return trip to the area.
