Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 8 on beautiful Half Moon Lake. Short 20 mile drive to Gunstock Ski area. Newer furnishings with 3 separate living spaces, to include sunroom, living room, and tv/board game room (with pull out sleeper sofa). Relax on the upper level deck with awning and lakefront views or enjoy the covered lower deck with swing and cafe table for two. Enjoy privacy and direct access to sandy shallow water for the youngsters, but deep enough to dive in at the end of the dock (Seasonally). During winter, enjoy ice fishing (license is required and bring your own equipment)! During summer, house comes with four kayaks and one paddle board. Life-jackets for 8 adults and 2 children. Enjoy the fire pit during the evening, especially over s'mores. Half Moon Lake has a convenient boat launch nearby for those looking to bring their boat or pontoon, which can be tied to the property dock. Washer/Dryer on property. Gas grill on upper deck near kitchen but still with view of water!

This house was just wonderful; roomy, well stocked and immaculate, The location on the lake was perfect. Great views, so tranquil. We desperately needed to escape the unbearable heat in Texas. New Hampshire delivered, cool evenings and sunny days. It was a great way to refresh our bodies and minds. We’d love to come back.It you are thinking about renting you will have no regrets.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful lake views, lovely upper and lower decks with plenty of comfortable outside seating. Private dock as well as kayaks & paddle board makes for tons of lake enjoyment! The inside is very spacious and clean with amazing lake views from comfortable living space. The well-stocked kitchen and plenty of linens for all was very much appreciated! We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time at this quiet gem on the lake.

Great place on the lake with everything you need. It was great to have firepit, kayaks and a dock with a great seating area.The kitchen was well stocked with spices and such. There is a washer and dryer which was convenient.The place has a lot of space for seating and hanging out which made it very comfortable. The tv is in the finished basement which was great because that meant the upstairs living room was for hanging and loving the views. The owners are very receptive !!

Flew in for our son’s college graduation in Manchester. It is a great house! Very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Very peaceful and relaxing, the boys used the kayaks and fished. The lake view is incredible. Would definitely stay here again, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We had a lovely time at Half Moon lake. The house is spacious with lots of comfortable spaces to lounge and relax and drink in the unbelievable view. The photos don't do it justice, it is so tastefully decorated and put together. It is both beautiful and incredibly comfy. The kitchen might look simple at first glance but it is one of the most well stocked and functional kitchens I have ever experienced at a holiday rental. All around the property there are thoughtful touches to make the stay extra special. The lake access is amazing and the lake itself has warm clear water. Floating around if you are very still you can see the fish swimming below. We used the Kayaks provided and spent all week in and out of the water. Having a powerhouse grill made cooking meals easy and having a Hannaford close by for shopping was a real benefit. Sweet Caroline's coffee shop has incredible pastries and coffee and Jack's pizza was surprisingly excellent considering its location inside a gas station convenience store. The drive from the Boston area is so quick to be in such a peaceful and pretty area. I can't recommend this lake house enough. I hope we get to come back and stay!

Wonderful Lakeside Family Vacation

Wonderful house with everything to relax and enjoy a lakeside family vacation. Great layout for gathering together and relaxing separately with so many comfy seating areas. Especially loved sunset kayaking, fireside s’mores and the new lakeside deck.

This is our second time staying here. We love it so much! The view is spectacular. The home is set up so there was plenty of room for my group of six to spread out. Can’t wait for next year!

Great lake house!

This is a perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed, and the lake, use of kayaks and paddle board was exactly what we wanted. We love this place!

Casa Luna, Halfmoon Lake

Wonderful setting on a quiet, beautiful lake. Comfortable, clean, nicely-equipped lake house with a superior grill for BBQ, kayaks, paddle board, and private dock. We had an excellent family vacation.

Super cozy and great place to gather with family & friends!

Casa Luna has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Very comfortable, cozy house and great location. We spent Thanksgiving with family & friends and the house was perfect. Great communication with owners and we would book again. Thank you

Great NH Stay

This home was a perfect stay for our group. We enjoyed the beautiful lake view while sitting by one of the fireplaces at the house. Spent two days skiing at Gunstock which is a short ride from the house. Would live to stay again! The hosts were super easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Great Lake Hous

Wonderful 2 weeks with family and friends. Central location for activities and time at house was great. Loved the different seating areas inside, the back deck and fire pit. The kayaks were an added bonus. So glad I booked here
