Enjoy morning walks in the park just steps from your door. Local shops, takeaway stores, and Bethania train station are all within a 10–15 minute walk, making it easy to grab essentials or hop on public transport.
🚆 Public Transport:
Bethania Train Station is only about 1 km away (approx. 10–12 min walk). It offers regular trains to Brisbane CBD, Beenleigh, and the Gold Coast, making commuting or day trips simple and stress-free. You can check schedules via the TransLink app or website.
🚗 By Car:
Driving is easy from this location, with quick access to Logan River Road and the M1 for travel north to Brisbane or south to the Gold Coast. Free parking is available on the property. Rideshare services like Uber and Ola are also available in the area.

- If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of your apartment upon arrival, we will arrange for a cleaner to solve your problem within 6 hours.
- Any cleaning-related issues must be raised with the landlord within 6 hours of check-in and remedies must be allowed. If no remedy is allowed, no refund will be allowed.
- The property is professionally cleaned after each stay and should be kept clean and tidy upon check-out.
- Any additional cleaning costs or damage will be borne by the guest.
【Lost and Found】
- We will keep your items for up to 2 weeks. The items could be picked up at a negotiated place or mailed to your address. The postage shall be applied.
【Privacy & ID Verification】
- Before booking, you may be asked to provide proof of identity. This important measure is to maintain a safe environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements.
