Very clean. There should have been sound barrier between the units. Daily living from above kept us awake down in this unit and woke us up during the night. Otherwise everything else was great.

We booked this property for my wife so she could do some visiting with family in the Bedford area. We had some possible issues with the date of travel and both Vrbo and especially the host worked with us to make things as painless as possible. Absolutely no issues with the property and it delivered as promised. We even needed a package delivered, and he very graciously went above and beyond to help us out. Can’t say enough good things about this experience.

Weekend away

The host was very pleasant and helpful..the room was immaculate and very nice...location was peaceful and quiet, but not too far from stores and restaurants

Some people may shy away from a property in a new community so far from downtown. Too bad if they do because the property was close via good highway connections to downtown Halifax, the suburbs, the airport, Peggy's Cove and everything else. Yes, it is not on a main street but my WAZE program took me right there from three different directions.And as someone who likes hiking in the woods Bala's property is right next to Blue Mountain Preserve. Gorgeous woods! Comfortable bed!!Not a full kitchen but I didn't want to spend my time cooking, anyway. I stocked up on reheat-able food and enjoyed myself.This is a place I would be glad to pay a return visit.

The unit was a good size for 3 adults (2 parents, 1 college student). The unit was clean and easily accessible. We really appreciated the water cooler.

We had an excellent stay at this VRBO. It was within walking distance of my sister in laws house, so it was perfect for our little family. Clean, and had everything you needed, including parking! The neighbourhood is beautiful and quiet, so we always felt safe! My only suggestion would be to provide more toilet paper. We stayed for 4 nights 5 days and only had 3 small rolls of toilet paper. Otherwise Bala was attentive to messages and got back to us in a timely manner when we needed to get in contact with him!

This was the perfect property for my stay - thoroughly enjoyed it. Extremely clean, comfortable bed, convenient parking, nice views from the windows (birds, trees), great water pressure and got hot quickly, central location (on the edge of Hammonds Plains and Bedford, easy to get to the south shore and to highways into Halifax and the Eastern Shore), close to pretty nature walking trails. Bala is a kind, helpful, responsive host. Hope to stay again in future if it's available. Highly recommend!
