All appliances, cabinetry, flooring and furniture are brand new spring 2020. This unit is a dream for a couples getaway. Direct access to the pool, beach and Coligny plaza make this a great spot for all of Hilton Head Island's famous south end amenities. Coligny Plaza and Pope Avenue provide instant access to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. This unit is a gem.

Unfortunately, house keepers did a poor job. I had to do my own cleaning to feel comfortable here. Management company was swift to respond concerning broken items. My perception is the owner thinks the view makes up for a poorly kept unit. A deep clean is warranted.

Overall i would give this unit a B. When we checked in the ceiling fan and light in the living room did not work. I reported it immediately but no one got back to me foe the entire week. In addition the light in the bedroom stopped working the second day. The dryer was ridiculously high forcing us to stand on a chair (completely unsafe) to be able to set the dryer, load it and empty it. Theayout of the bedroom was very cramped with the closet being added in the bedroom making it impossible to have a nightstand on bot sides of the bed. In addition the ac vent dripped onto the pillowsOn a good note, the bathroom waa outstanding. Probably the best bathroom we have had in 20 years. The walk in shower was great and rhe cabinets really helped organize everything. The living room and kitchen were fine. The only suggestion there is adding an ice machine to the freezer or at least a few more ice cube trays. There was only one.

Perfect getaway retreat. Easy walk onto beach—pool was refreshing relief from heat. Then shops and restaurants all in walking distance.

Great Location

Great location! Right on the beach and across the street from Coligny. The unit was small but clean, and great for a couple. The only negative was the noise from the unit above.

Great place!

First time to this part of Hilton Head and this property, but it was great. It's not super fancy, but the location is perfect and right on the beach. Plus right next to my fave beach bar Jim's where the best fish sandwich is served! Unit was nicely updated, clean and sufficient for two! Thanks again for a great stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third or fourth time staying in this unit. It is right on the beach, very convenient to Coligny Square, and provides everything we are looking for in a quick get-away. We love sitting on the small deck and having a cup of coffee while watching the sun come up or having a glass of wine as the day comes to an end.One small caveat: the bedroom is small and would not be easily navigated for a person with mobility issues.

Excellent proximity and communication! People smoking at pool and on neighboring decks wasn't enjoyable but nothing property owners could help! Had a great time otherwise. Loved having a washer and dryer!

Overall our stay was fine. Great balcony for early morning coffee and sunrise. Great beach walking. Walls are thin and upstairs neighbors were a little noisy.

Great Stay!

This property is located on the beach. Directly across the street is a plaza with several restaurants and shops. Technically, you do not have to drive again once you park. Even a grocery store is located across the street. A bar and grill is also located in the complex. We will be coming back.

Breakers is fantastic

Management was very communicative. Location couldn't be better. Clean unit. View of the ocean. We wanted a late checkout and they accommodated us without an extra charge. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great Valve Stay

We had an incredible family vacation at the Hilton Head Breakers 114 condo rental! The accommodations were perfect for our family of four, with enough room for everyone to relax and unwind. The condo was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The kids especially loved the pool and the friendly atmosphere of the community. We highly recommend this condo for a memorable and enjoyable family getaway!

They were willing to reschedule our vacation for a week later in the summer when my mom was started on hospice. Maybe the availability for later in the summer should have been a sign? The unit was filthy. Layers of dirt and dust on the trim above the sliding glass doors - I’m not sure it was ever wiped down. There was also dust on the walls. We immediately reached out and were told the cleaners would be out the next day. They poorly wiped down the trim and didn’t bother with the walls. The cabinets had hand prints and grime on them. The beatboard hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time either. The entire place needs a good deep clean. There was a bug that looked like it had a layer of dust in it too. The tables and bar stools need to be replaced. Tables have water marks and the paint is peeling off the stools. Also, there is a filter on the washer being held on with a bandaid. The pool had ants everywhere and was just kinda gross. The pool said it closes at 10, but then there is a sign on the pool deck saying it closes at sundown. The cable didn’t work and neither did the Google home. Location was amazing - directly across from Coligny and we were able to go to most places via bike and didn’t really need a car. Also, there were a lot of cameras up, so I felt fairly safe.
