The scenery here is spectacular and the quiet setting superb ! We had everything we needed and certainly enjoyed the cozy charm and comfortable surroundings. The host had everything well prepared. Enjoy!

Walter is a gracious host. He checked in on us to make sure all was to our satisfaction and answered our questions. We stayed in the Windjammer trailer and it was comfortable and ideal for 2 people. Peaceful and quiet surroundings. The location is ideal as it allowed us to make day trips to all the sights on our itinerary. The property itself would be comfortable for a family as it has 2 trailers and lots of space to enjoy the outdoors. Lawn chairs and BBQs are available along with a picnic table. N&E from Hamilton, Ontario

Enjoyed staying at the trailer very much. There was plenty of room for two of us. There was plenty of hot water, the shower was great. There was a good supply of everything - towels, dishes, soap, even some coffee. The toilet facilities worked without any hitches. The bed was very comfortable. Only thing was I could not find any extra blankets and it got a bit cold some evenings. Walter was easy to get ahold of and responded to all concerns quickly. The view is beautiful as the lake is right across the road. We were lucky to get nice weather so enjoyed the outdoors as well. Walter even supplied outdoor chairs that we took to a beach one day.

The location was excellent. Used the convenient ferry to cover the short distance to the mainland Cape Breton. Close to Whycocogh and Baddeck. Easy to travel to other parts of island. Location also good for activities in the Iona area. The location itself had a very pretty view of an inlet of the Bras d'ore Lake. The trailer was a good size for 2 people. Morning coffee on the deck was wonderful. The trailer was clean when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive and dealt promptly with any issues that we had and the maintenance man, Pete was also very helpful around the property and in giving us suggestions of things to do. Enjoyed our 3 weeks at this property.
