Nice and roomy place. We loved the deck and stream next to the house. Could use more comfortable seating. Overall, very nice.

I’m my family and I had a wonderful time. Lots of hiking at all the parks. The house was exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. Beautiful place.

Property was mice infested, written warning on counter about solar power being inadequate, a/c unit disconnected, only saving grace was huge deck over river that really needed to be refinished. Not up to VRBO standards!!

We loved the cabin, we're coming back with our boys, it was a very peaceful place :) Next summer we're going to check out the tubing we saw up the road, I realize they had tubing in this area. There's a lot more to do in the area than we realized. We liked soaking in the tub after a long day.
Sitting on the double swing listening to the creek is super relaxing! There is a hammock too :)

This is not a cabin. It’s a double wide trailer with wooden siding that has been added to the outside. You can visibly see the seam down the middle of the trailer and it tilts slightly to each side. Stay away from this host/rental company. They also have listings on other vacation rental sites. It was filthy. Layer of grime and dust on everything. Bugs crawled in from the poorly sealed windows. There was a large bug tape that hung from the ceiling right as you enter the rental. A large industrial air conditioner was shoved into a window in the main living room which allowed more bugs to come in and was obnoxiously loud. Bathrooms were covered in lime. Socks and aquaphor under the beds. We stayed one night since we arrived late after a long day hiking at Arches NP and then had a bit of a drive to arrive. I left with my family at sunrise and was denied a refund for the other two nights we had booked since I did not contact the host to see if anything could be remedied. In reality, there was nothing that could be done quickly to fix how disgusting this rental was and as a mother I had to make the call to get my family out of there. I regret nothing. The host kept saying they were truly sorry to hear of our bad experience and that they took our concerns seriously, but in the end they did absolutely nothing. I can accept that I kept my family safe even with losing a chunk of money. I hope they can live with how they treat their guests. Stay away from this host’s vacation rentals!!
