Great for business trip with easy walk to convention center. Apartment is clean and quiet. There is some smell of smoke in the hallways outside, from neighbors. The building is an old department store so has an interesting layout.

The property was located in a great spot, right downtown and very walkable to a lot of places. The space was big enough that we had plenty of space to spread out. It was very easy to get in and out of the building. The space could have been cleaned better as the floors were dirty, there were stains on the sheets, and stray hairs in the shower. We couldn’t ever find the remote for the fan/light fixture in the living room. Overall, the place was nice just needs to be cleaned better.

Coffee pods and Keurig there-this was critical for me. Clean, comfy beds. Road noise at times, but mostly during the daytime. Clean and comfy beds with a variety of pillows.

Everything was as perfect as I was hoping. The communication was excellent. Highly recommended. I was alone on business, and it was perfect in a perfect location.

The apartment was very nice and we had no issues with accessing the building or the apartment. Parking was difficult and costly - would be nice if some form of reserved parking was available for guests as opposed to guessing where to park and what is the most economical when you are not from the area.

The place was very nice and spacious! It would have been nice to have some better blinds or curtains for the bedrooms and living room. Both bedrooms were not very dark during the night. The parking situation is also less than ideal as we spent 180 for parking since we had separate vehicles.

We stayed in one of the CozySuites rentals for a recent trip to Indianapolis. To be honest, I was a little nervous prior to arrival, seeing some bad reviews after I had already booked our stay. Well, my worries were for naught. We had a wonderful experience with CozySuites. The communication from them was great and quick, even when I was sending questions after 10:30 at night. They sent me messages to make sure I got checked in OK, the next morning to make sure everything was to my satisfaction, and again prior to checking out. The instructions for checking in were clearly explained in an email. The suite was clean, bright and comfortable. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of town – close to the capitol, restaurants, and entertainment. It was an easy walk to Lucas Oil Stadium. We will definitely stay with them again, if we come to Indianapolis.
