PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Experience tranquility and tropical charm in this newly redecorated Palm by the Sea Two-bedroom condo, with elegant, modern furniture and decorations that combine a palm tree-inspired and natural hues, the ideal representation of its name. Nestled within the renowned LeVent Beach Resort Aruba, featuring a resort pool, lush landscaping, and just minutes' walk from the famous Eagle Beach.

The balcony with dining and seating area that spans the living room and both bedrooms is the perfect spot for soaking in Aruba's sunshine and creating lasting memories with stunning, tranquil tropical views.

The open living area with sofa-bed (queen-size mattress), a TV, a round dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge and 4 bar stools. Just off the entrance hallway, there is a half bathroom and a laundry room with a stackable washer-dryer and utility storage space.

Primary bedroom includes:
- King-size bed
- Direct access to the balcony
- TV with desk and chair
- En-suite bathroom with a shower and walk-in closet with 2 safety boxes.

Second bedroom includes:
- This room has two European twin beds that can be converted into a European king (this setup will have a connector and topper included). The photos show both setups, and please let us know your preferred setup before arrival.
- Direct access to the balcony
- TV, chair and built-in closet
- En-suite bathroom with a shower.

This condo provides you with 1,440 sq. ft. of living space, 2 code-lock safety boxes, free unlimited Wi-Fi, 3 cable TVs in the living room and each bedroom, beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels (with daily exchange service) are all available for your comfort. This unit is located in the right hallway off the elevators on the second floor. Sleeps 6 guests in a king-size bed, 2 twin-size beds, and a sofa-bed.

Please take note that the interior was professionally redone in September 2025 and is completely equipped with upscale furniture.

The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. Resort facilities include a children's playground, a fitness room, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills, and an ice machine. Ample free parking available within the 24/7 secured gated complex.

Beach towels are provided for all Prestige guests upon check-in and can be exchanged once per day, free of charge, at the Prestige LeVent desk in the lobby. The LeVent properties managed by Prestige Vacations Aruba are also equipped with coolers and portable beach chairs (stored on the ground floor) for guests to use during their beach outings.
