The place was a truly beautiful getaway that met all of my expectations! I loved my stay and found it to be very well looked after and tidy cottage, that was lovely and spacious and perfect for my trip :)

Nice quiet location in a scenic rural valley but still close to town. Host was very responsive. Very clean and comfortable. Nice shower.

I had a super quiet and comfortable stay. The cottage has modern fit out with a huge shower and comfortable bed. It's a short drive into Johnsonville for food - just a great getaway!

We absolutely loved our overnight stay. So cosy and comfortable. Beautiful linen. And enjoyed the toast and cuppa this morning before we moved on.

Perfect place to stay for us- close to a wedding venue. The space is beautifully furnished, clean and had a new bathroom with a big shower. Room was warm and the bed was comfortable. Communication with the host was great. Thanks

Me and my mom had a great time at the cottage. The Breakfast was great the place was warm and comfortable clean and modern.Only issues i had was i could not find the futon so slept on the couch and as the host said the cellular signal is non existent and i forgot to take note of the pin code for the gate. Luckily we still had to go grab dinner from the local town but the road to and from is a bit windy in the dark so drive safe.I would suggest for the tv to add a google tv or Chromecast so you can use more video apps because out Netflix plan apparently doesn't exist in nz so could not login but that's no fault on their part. Other than that its a peaceful clean and modern cottage great for a few nights stay.

A couple of notes on the Cottage Getaway for other guests: Futon: Set up upon request prior to arrival so we can configure the space for you. We happily provide. Check-in info: Gate PIN and Wi-Fi details are messaged two days early. We recommend saving these before arriving due to limited cellular signal depending on provider. TV: A Chromecast is plugged in and ready to go (though international streaming accounts can sometimes face regional limits). Thanks for staying with us!
