This condo was perfect and spacious for our family vacation of 4 adults and 3 kids! It was very clean! Beautiful inside and out with great sunset views. The access to on-site parking, hot tub/pool, grill and beach was very convenient.

Wonderful stay with plenty of room for our family. We loved the beautiful views and being right on the beach. The furniture on the balcony was plentiful and comfortable for hanging out with family or enjoying morning coffee. We appreciated having a well-stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to keep up on laundry. The condo included many items to make days at the beach worry-free including folding beach chairs, a cooler, and extra beach towels. The only negatives, and they are small, we're that the room showed a little wear and tear including a stain on the master bedroom comforter and a spill in the top drawer of the bunk room dresser.Two other conveniences that families may be interested in are the availability of beach chairs and umbrellas to rent for the day or week. While they are an additional cost, they are comfortable and the attendant kept our umbrella covering us because the sun was intense! Also, the Double Tree next door has a walk up Tiki bar that was convenient for drinks and meals. You can order to go to take to the beach or be seated to enjoy there. They also had live music several days during our stay.We enjoyed our week at the Ram Sea and would stay here again.
