Come enjoy our beautiful lake home on over 1 acre of completely private Flathead Lake frontage! We have over 200 feet of gorgeous Flathead Lake frontage to yourself.

The home boasts windows overlooking Flathead Lake with spectacular views from each room, a deck, tons of sleeping space, a dock to swim off, and everything you need to make your vacation a dream getaway that you'll never forget!

We are located 9 miles outside of Bigfork which hosts restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, boat marinas, boat rentals and more.

**Disclaimer: The dock is for swim use only. If you choose to utilize the dock for a boat during your stay you will be held 100% responsible for any damage that occurs to the dock, the boat lift, or your boats during your stay.
We do have a buoy that you are welcome to tie your boat off to. Any damage that your boat incurs while using the property is 100% your responsibility.

Overall the property is very nice and all 8 of us enjoyed our visit. The host wasresponsive and friendly. The location is great. The home is spacious, clean,comfortable and can accommodate 8 adults easily. The patio area and deck wereenjoyed every day. The property would receive a ten with modest investment andattention from the owner. For example, the bedrooms lack drawers, shelvingor usable closets (no rods). At a minimum luggage stands could be provided. There is absolutely no place for clothing storage. Thequantity of plates, bowls and kitchen utensils are inadequate for 8 people. Extrablankets for chilly nights and extra bath towels would be appreciated. There are no wineglasses and there is little to no non-cutlery items. Most windows have no screens, so they can’t beopened for fresh air due to knats and insects. The main living area and kitchen lack curtains toaddress the late day sun and the seating does not take advantage of the beautifulpicture window. Importantly, there are a few electrical outlets without covers or screwsand some exposed electrical wiring. We hope the owner takes our suggestions to heartas they are intended to assist both you and future guests.

The location and outdoor areas of this house are absolutely incredible. We spent most of our time on the deck and dock, and both were beautiful and relaxing.That said, there were several areas of the house itself that fell short. We let the owner know about these issues early in our stay, but unfortunately, nothing was resolved while we were there.The electrical system was unreliable. Many outlets didn’t work, and several were missing covers, which was unsafe with toddlers in the house.The front door didn’t close properly and had to be locked just to stay shut, which was inconvenient since it was a main entry from the lake.The garage was full of loose trash when we arrived and smelled awful. It wasn’t picked up until Thursday, the day before checkout, which meant our group’s trash piled on top of what was already there.The kitchen was poorly stocked, and some appliances were dirty. For example, the air fryer hadn’t been cleaned in multiple uses.The bedrooms lacked basic storage furniture. Some didn’t have tables, dressers, or even closet rods or hangers, leaving us to keep belongings on the floor.There weren’t enough bath or beach towels for the size of our group.Overall, the setting was beautiful and the outdoor space was the highlight of our stay. However, the usability and setup of the house left a lot to be desired and impacted our overall experience.

It was very comfortable, clean and so relaxing. We want to definitely come back. Our family of 6 slept comfortably with plenty of room and great beds. The view was exquisite and the dock and water placement was so convenient. Everything was grand.

Family Vacation

Great home, beautiful location. Able to swim and play from the dock. Boat/sea doo rentals just down the road. It's a very relaxing and enjoyable home with plenty of room for all!

Amazing views and amazing location!

We loved our stay at the house. 7 adults and 4 children had more than enough room without ever feeling crowded. Sunsets and start gazing on the dock, was fantastic. Only gripe we had was lack of closet space to hang clothes, which was an issue in every room. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Annual summer trip

We have stayed at many properties at Flathead lake. This house has lots of room for extended family. View is beautiful and dock/lake area great for swimming, paddleboarding etc. Would definitely recommend to others!

A wonderful place to build memories

Our multi generational family of 10 spent a week here and our experience was amazing! The views of the lake from practically every room to the waterside deck and lovely grounds make this place paradise. The kitchen is modern and well appointed so we ate almost all meals at the property. We enjoyed couples time, family time and grandchildren games and water fun equally. The sauna and paddle boards were special perks! We could not have chosen a better place to create a lifetime of memories. Everyone wants to come back!

Soooo beautiful

We loved staying at this gorgeous home with an unbelievable view of Flathead lake. We had lots of room, loved going down to the lovely dock, enjoyed the great kitchen and dining area for family meals and the easy 10 -15 min drive into Bigfork. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful lake home

This property has breathtaking views from almost every room in the house. It has a comfortable kitchen to cook in and an incredible deck to watch the sunsets. It has an awesome dock to use to paddle board and get in the water. We had trouble with our boat there and there wasn’t a safe way to secure our pontoon boat in rough waters. So for boat owners to use the dock, you will need extra care and attention and permission to use the boat lift (v hull only). There would be minor things that would make this property stand out - closets that have a hanging rod and hangers or dressers in the bedrooms and possibly a door between the master bath and master bedroom. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of nice linens and towels. The basement is great spot for kids to hang out with a large common area space and comfy couch. The sauna was a real treat! Communication from the owner was great.

Not 1st Class amenities/furnishings

1st time ever giving a negative review. Lower bedroom no dresser, hanging closet, live out of suitcases on floor. Master bed has night stands but no lamps: no reading in bed. Other bedrooms no boxspring and mattress just a foam pad and can feel slats underneath. Patio furniture pads so thin you sit on metal slats, one chair all ripped up. No situational lamps anywhere if you want to read or do handwork. A house without lamps. No shades on big west facing windows, had to hang towels to block sun. BBQ with no propane in tank, no tools to clean grid, bunk bed ladder for kids fell apart, had to put mattresses on floor, no dock chairs, unfixed broken window, no paper towels, no tissues, hard dining chairs with no pads, standing water on utility room floor. One nice couch, otherwise, poor furnishings, Shame, it's a beautiful location.

Big And Large !

Beautiful home with a lot of great space for a large gathering . It will easily sleep 28 to 20 people, especially if there are several children ! It’s only advertised for 11 tho ! The lake frontage is rough and not real useful ! Boat docks are good but no access to unload a boat ! Parking is very limited ! Beautiful views and sunsets ! Owners were Great and always helpful !

Beautiful home!

Our family had such a fun week on the lake and this house was perfect! Great location, very private, well stocked and equipped and the host was very responsive and helpful! The dock was really nice and great for a boat, fishing, paddle boarding or jumping in.

Perfect house in perfect place

A group of friends and I were looking for a spot to sleep 6-10 on Flathead Lake and we are SO happy we landed Nastastia’s amazing house. The house is newly refurbished and everything is modern, clean and well laid out. We ended up with 6 folks and everyone slept in their own room and we didn’t disturb each other. Then there’s the property OUTSIDE the house which includes an amazing wrap around deck that feels like it’s on the water, a short yard down to the lake and then not one but two ways to access the lake: a small rock beach and a HUGE brand new dock. The house has two paddle boards and we brought more plus a kayak and we spent forever ambling around on the water and hanging out on the dock and the deck. The house is a ten min drive from the fantastic Raven bar, and like 15 mins from most of Bigfork. There is so much to do in the area and you just can’t get tired of the lake. Finally Nastastia is super friendly, helpful and responsive. Very much hope I can find a way to stay here again in the future. Really can’t think of how it could have been better.

STUNNING!!

This home is amazing! This home offers incredible views and the new dock provides hours of fun for the family. The house is very comfortable and well outfitted. It has everything you need and has created memories of a lifetime. The owners are super friendly and responsive. You can stay at the rest but if you want the absolute best this home is it. Private magical stay!!

Our experience was unforgettable! Such a large, spacious property with an incredible waterfront. The dock was perfect to hang out on and jump off of… very large! We had 3 families with toddlers and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was airy and spacious for the kids to run around in! Even though the basement was not accessible to us at the time due to some maintenance/remodel , the back yard was so accessible and everything so spacious and perfect. Can’t imagine how much more amazing it would have been with the basement 😄! We spent lots of time eating out and relaxing on the main deck. We cooked everyday and loved everything the kitchen offered. Big fork was less than 20 min away. The host was quick to communicate and so friendly! Thank you so so much for the wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again in the future!

best rental we've ever had

Everything about the home is as advertised, and I don't want to diminish those parts (it's why we booked). BUT, it's the little things that really put the experience over the top. You know that experience where you walk into a rental and tell yourself "okay, I can work with this it's only a week" -- not this house... everything about it makes you never want to leave. The linens are nicer than we use at home. Bath/beach towels are fantastic and nicer than what we could have packed from home. Mattresses and pillows are nice rather than adequate. An extra garage fridge/freezer. Spice rack - you name it, they've got it. Knives are sharp, actual nice glassware, good selection of kitchen accessories/appliances. Tasteful/modern decor. We stayed the week that the dock was finished and it is an exceptionally nice platform (pun intended) for kids jumping off, paddleboarding, or boating. The stone steps down to the water and shallow swimming area are great for kids young and old too. Ample parking too. And I have to give kudos to Nastastia for being extremely communicative and accommodating when a monkey wrench got thrown into their plans - a maintenance issue came up the week before our stay and she did everything in her power to get it fixed but also be realistic about our options and give us the choice of how to proceed. I was reluctant to give this glowing review only because I want to be able to book the house again in the future, and this one deserves to be booked solid a year out!!!!
