Excellent location, within walking distance from the centre, but far enough to be peaceful. The apartment was nice and clean, kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Smooth communication with the host. Planes taking off from Cairns airport made it a bit noisy, but there's a curfew during the night so it wasn't too bad.

The unit was beautiful, and one of the things we loved most was how spacious it was. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space, making it very comfortable for our family. There were TVs in every bedroom, which was a great bonus, allowing everyone to relax and unwind in their own room whenever they wanted.The kitchen was fantastic, with everything you could possibly need. The butler’s pantry was a wonderful addition, allowing people to prepare breakfast in two separate areas, which made mornings so much easier. The hosts had thought of all the little extras too—even umbrellas were provided.The only minor issue for us was that we were travelling with elderly family members, and there were a few trip hazards. The spa bath is lovely but quite high, making it difficult for older guests to get in and out of. Fortunately, the ensuite bathroom was much easier for them to access. There was also a hallway rug that could be a trip hazard, but I simply rolled it up during our stay. The apartment also appears to be undergoing gradual renovations, with different flooring inside and green artificial grass matting at the front entrance alongside a strip of concrete, which could be another minor trip hazard for elderly guests.We had a small issue collecting the keys as we had trouble with the access code, but Isabelle was only a phone call away and sorted everything out promptly. Her communication and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.

The apartment was clean, convenient, well equipped, and everything was in working order. Isabel and the host team communicated regularly and clearly and were responsive to questions even during a holiday week. Water views even from the ground floor, easy access to the waterfront Esplanade path ( note this ‘beach’ is not swimmable) and a 5-10 minute drive or 20-30 minute walk to the downtown and piers of Cairns. 10 minutes from the airport. Not a complaint but this is one of the only independently owned or managed units in a 9 floor building of Holiday Apartments and the front desk staff/operators of the rest of the complex made it clear they wanted nothing to do with us. This didn’t affect our stay and we still accessed the pool and other functions with no issue. All in a great and pleasant stay.

Beautiful spacious apartment that is like a home from home. The property was exactly as pictured & communication with the hostess spot on. Location was perfect for us, a stroll into the tourist centre if cairns, so much quieter to sleep at night & a lovely sea view straight in front of you. Thoughtful little touches around like things in the fridge, washing detergent for laundry etc. I could go on but it was so perfect for a 5 day family stay, plenty of space, & a quiet pretty location
