Nestled in beautiful Lakeview Heights, you are walking distance to Kalamoir Regional Park where you can enjoy hiking trails, a beautiful beach area, swimming, paddle boarding or have a picnic. Within walking and/or biking distance in the neighbourhood, are 8 wineries, many restaurants, breweries and a grocery store with a mini-mall that has it all. A short 10-minute drive will take you into Kelowna’s downtown core and beach area. The Kelowna General Hospital is a 12-minute drive. If you are a golf enthusiast, there are 2 golf courses in West Kelowna area. The deck in the suite overlooks stunning Lake Okanagan with a picturesque view of Kelowna City to your left and Little White Mountain to your right. There is a 175 square foot deck to enjoy a beverage and relax with the view. This private suite has two floors; the entry level has an open space living room and kitchen. The bathroom, bedroom, sitting room and covered deck are located on the second floor.

We had everything we needed. Comfort in every area as well as Very clean and fresh. AC in the bedroom was great! overall Great quiet location We loved the view of the lake, the night lights and morning sunrise. Friendly host, made us feel right at home.

Our stay at this West Kelowna property was absolutely spectacular – it exceeded all of our expectations! The apartment and the property itself were stunning, and honestly even better than described in the listing. From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and care had gone into making this a true home away from home.The lake views overlooking the Okanagan from our balcony were breathtaking – we especially loved enjoying our morning coffee while taking it all in. The location was perfect too: a short Uber ride into the city, yet peaceful and scenic when you returned.Paul and Kirsten were wonderful hosts. They truly thought of everything to make guests comfortable, and the place was spotless. Their recommendations for things to do and places to visit made our quick two-night stay even more memorable.We cannot recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the area. Between the incredible cleanliness, stunning views, thoughtful touches, and warm hospitality, it really is a gem in West Kelowna. We’ll definitely be back!

EXCEPTIONAL Paul and Kirsten have created an incredible oasis with the highlight being the deck that overlooks the lake. We had the honor of being their first guests and we were in awe of the care, thoughtfulness, and level of amenities offered to make our vacation one of rest, peacefulness and tranquility. We loved the beautiful park nearby. We hiked at and to it, as well as kayaked from. I found a great Rover (pet care app) home for our pup so she could be nearby and join us at the lake. We also loved your mom's art work. She is a beautiful painter. I am a former VRBO owner and had high standards for my place and the experience I wanted to provide my guests. This truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for a perfect vacation rental! We can't wait to come again. Don and Carolyn

Outstanding property, views and location. The owners really pay attention to all the details that make your stay feel higher-end. It is decorated and stocked with the feel of a home and pride of ownership, not just a rental! Cannot say enough good things about the owner attentiveness and responsiveness. Absolutely lovely stay with such great access to all Kelowna has to offer. Would return in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay in the extraordinary flat with stunning seaviews from the spacious balcony. Everything in the very well equipped apartment was modern and new. Also Paul’s and Kirsten’s hospitality and their support as our host was outstanding. We really enjoyed our time there very much!

A real gem of a home! Very well appointed with all that you might need and more, and in absolute pristine state. The space is smartly laid out. The views are unmatched, and the hosts are helpful and friendly. I will be back! And will recommend this place to any of my friends visiting West Kelowna.There is air-conditioning, beautiful outdoor spot, a fully stocked kitchen.

Avons eu un séjour incroyable en couple. Les lieux étaient extrêmement propres et confortables. Nos hôtes avaient mis à notre disposition tout ce que nous pouvions souhaiter pour notre conforts. Diverses petites attentions nous étaient offertes. Nos hôtes étaient disponibles au besoin et très respectueux de notre intimité.

We moved to the Okanagan 28 years ago. Originally from Thunder Bay Ontario. We have lived in Lakeview Heights for 27 years on this property raising our children and enjoying the beautiful regional park so close to us called Kalamoir Park.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We have access to the park for hiking and paddle boarding. We love to bike into Kelowna just 15 minute ride into downtown. Our neighbourhood has wineries, restaurants, breweries that you can walk too. It is amazing how it has evolved over the past 27 years here when there were only two wineries on the west side.

The short walking distance to a beautiful park or a short walk to Mt Boucherie Winery and Restaurant. No where do you have access in 5 minutes either way.
