This place was wonderful, inviting, and comfortable space. We had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and we loved all the little touches and creativity David had put into this place. My family from Germany and us enjoyed staying there. David, the host and owner, was very accommodating and helpful when having questions. Should we return, we would book it again.

Great location to Salem. Short walk to train station. And first stop is salem. Couple blocks to the beach. Market across street.David was wonderful check in was smooth and simple. House was clean. Highly recommend. If we travel back this way would reach out to David again!

My family had a wonderful time. We appreciated having the outside seating area on the balcony. The host was friendly and quick to respond to messages and provided several recommendations for local restaurants. The location is convenient to local attractions and within walking distance to the oceanside paths.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed. The location was perfect for our trip — close enough to easily explore Salem and Boston while still being able to come back and relax by the water.Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire stay. We really appreciated the hospitality and how comfortable we felt in the home.We made some great family memories here, and if we visit the Boston/Salem area again, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Host was super helpful and responsive. The area is very nice and we felt safe. There is a great pizza place across the street. The home was clean and cute. We would definitely stay again if we were ever in the area.

The property was best part of our trip. I love air bnbs when we travel so we can spend time together as a family. The host went above & beyond. It was clean, cool, felt like home. We cooked a couple nights...walked on beach....played games together. I can't say enough about how happy I am!!

The best rental I’ve ever had

This is by far the best rental for a vacation I have ever had. The owner was extremely helpful in giving us ideas to do on our vacation and the breakfast in the cafe was delicious. I will 100% be returning.

I would highly recommend staying here especially for anyone wanting to visit Salem. It was very close to Salem without costing an arm and a leg to stay. Everything was very clean and the host was extremely kind and welcoming. He offered lots of help when it came to travel and dining. Communication was a 10/10 and I couldn’t recommend this property enough!

David, the host, was very welcoming up front. The location was good for exploring the North Shore. Although it was located in an urban area it was free of the commotion that is possible due to traffic, etc. Relaxing and enjoyable even though outside we arrived after a snowstorm. The host David was great and we loved hanging out there. Amenities were what they said they were.

We had an amazing stay in Lynn above an amazing cafe with amazing breakfast and awesome staff. Check in was as easy as walking in the door, lights were on and David our awesome host had a note welcoming us and outlining some things about the property and some tips and tricks for the area even had homemade brownies that were amazing. It was even more awesome that he owned and operated the cafe and was available to give us helpful advice during our stay! The apartment was perfect for my wife myself two young children and my grandmother. The kids and grandma enjoyed the hot tub and hungout in the enclosed backyard while my wife and i enjoyed the deck off our master bedroom. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay again

Smelled like dogs. Bedding looked dirty.hot tub that was advertised not in working condition. clumps of doghair on the floor.not what we're used to when using VBRO
