Next to the pool but you still have to walk all the around to get in . Checking was awful due to not getting the info prior to check in.

Check in was fast/easy. Host was wonderful and helpful. The room had everything we needed and was clean & comfortable. The room was great for our family of 6. Granddaughter loved being so close to the pool and game room. The Grill at the pool was fantastic and lots of choices. Beds were very comfy and restful after our day long fun in the parks. We hope to use them again in the future.

Mostly fine

The resort is in great location, close to all major attractions. The host reply very fast. The pools are heated which is huge plus.Only issue I have is with the bedsheets, they were not clean, my son got a rash on the back of his ears and head

We’re sorry to hear about your concern regarding the bedsheets, as cleanliness is something we take very seriously. We also hope your son is feeling better. We would like to better understand the situation, as reactions limited to the ears and neck, affecting only one individual, are not typically associated with bedding or the detergent used. We apologize for any inconvenience."

Not great for sleeping

Check-in and place was fine. The problem was there was music playing at the pool so loud and past 10pm. Not sure what time it finally turned off but we all had trouble falling asleep because of it. Sleeping was the point of staying somewhere. Thank god it was only one night or we wouldn’t have stayed and would have needed to find something else. Place is fine if you’re going to be up and partying but for a family i would not recommend. This is at no fault to the owners as they clearly don’t control this. But would have selected somewhere else had we known.
